It is a great working environment. Opportunities are vast. Implementation is a one of their sucesses. Great customer service and delivery. Always has a way of over coming a challange. Good reviews and it has allowed me to experience new things

Great work experience exposure

I have been lucky to work for a company like Bytes Managed Solutions. I learnt a lot, I became the employees best friend as they would have problems regarding their computers, I would always be there to lend a hand. I loved working with the hardware side of things and fixing technical errors dat occur. I ddnt like the software side as they would use the software I'm nt familiar with bt we had to make sure we got them up and running, I really found that part challenging but it got better in time and it now fels as if I knew the software eg Mocha LPD. It was quite a learning curve and I enjoyed every moment

Pros: it provided exposure to woking environment
Cons: it was too far from where I stayed but got there on time

Excellent Learning curve

I do hereby write to your Organization to grant me the opportunity to gain more knowledge and experience in Information Technology. I’ve obtained a Diploma in Information Technology at PC, graduating March 2013. I am a highly motivated person and I have good Customer service skills. I have the ability to work under pressure. I have computer and good communication skills and a good telephone manner. I am eager to learn and strive to become better at what I do. Great work experience exposure

I completed matric at Die Hoërskool Menlopark in 2007, graduated in a Diploma for Information Technology-Networking 2010. I have 4years experience in Desktop support I'm fluent in English and Afrikaans. I have have good troubleshooting skills. I have worked on Server 2003/2008, Win XP, 7 and 8. I'm a quick learner and get along easily.

I like my work because I get along with my colleagues. making sure I meet customer satisfaction.i learnt a lot in the call centre environment.working with ms office.exposure to call management operations systems D1,D2 and Astea.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion's and gaining experience.

I am an energetic and self-motivated young man with 1 year and 6month experience in ATM field and N4: Electrical engineering studies and National senior certificate (Grade 12) with mathematics and physical science. I have good communication and interpersonal skills. I have started working for bytes in 2006 as a Part control Rep ( Receiving and dispatching Clerk and i had to move from 1 department to another where i had to learn new things like technical stuff concerning PC's and networks
