Good learning curve

The company has good values but they are not implimented,opportunities to study are easily accessible .To move or growth is a hurdle ,no communication on why you being blocked .for first starters its an excellent place to start but but staying longer than three years you would feel stuck.

Excellent learning experience

Working at Broll Property Group has been an excellent learning curve. I have also grown mentally and emotionally. The people I worked with were very professional yet friendly and very helpful. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work there.

I adapt very easily to different work environment

I am a very hard working accountant who have a lot of experience in property accounting. I love produce monthly reports which are helpful to the client. I also enjoy assisting the client with budgets to improve their financial position and save money. I am a straight talker so do beat around the bush hence saves time.

Pros: I enjoy interacting with my clients
Cons: Difficulty clients who does not understand financial implications

Company review

Great opportunity for learning more about the retail property industry. You learn how to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Mostly working independently but still interact with different departments.

It a busy center and you get deal with new challeges everday

you get to do alot of talking therefore you have to be professional at all time and it a busy area so you deal with a high volume of customer and complaints about this that are happening in the mall you also to to assit tenats with you the queries

Pros: you get to meet new clients everyday
Cons: long hours on holidays and weeknds

Wonderful bunch of people

Love the company, however due to personal reasons, it is time for change and I have to relocate. It is of utmost importance that I put tyhe growth and stimulisation of my little one first. ............................................
