Excellent learning curve

Working at Broll Property Group has taught me a lot about the property industry. It has also given me the tools to grow in my roll. I now understand more about how the business works and also my value and worth to a company. Working with many people with different personalities was very educational and taught me how to interact with different personalities. The most challenging part of my job was dealing with management because they never valued their staff.

Excellent working experience

My My current position is one of the jobs that keeps you updated on daily basis, you are required to be alert and be informed in all work related items, I work well with my colleagues senior and junior. I have a good relationship with the client. I have learnt that operations management needs a very high level of technical skills. Leadership and proper reporting and communication. I have enjoy management meetings, this gives a clear work progress monthly.

Great Opportunity to learn from the best.

Their headstrong leadership results in interesting challenges for the organization. In some cases, they stay true to their roots and origins although this can lead to missed opportunities and competitive advantages. Being slow to change and lacking in proactive planning to achieve their desired results.

Pros: a chance to work with strong leadership and employees with great knowledge.

Always up for a challenge

Passionate about work, team player, always finish what I started, dry sense of humour but like to listen to a good joke, proactive and always encourages staff to work together. Love spending time with children and grand children on weekends Like to watch and participate in sporting activities.

I am currently unemployed, I had a great experience at broll. I am a hard worker an willing to take risks an I love to learn more in a company. The company is a property company that works works with different ppl an cultures, they manages a lot of shopping malls an office blocks. The company gives u an opportunity to learn an meet lot of people in the industry.

Good exposure

Excellent exposure working for different landlords/asset managers as well as managing a mixture of retail and commercial buildings. High level of interaction with tenants and the thorough application of facilities management principles and a supportive and easy to use property management system.
