Good people skills

My name is Joy Phoi, very good with people more especially tenants. I have a strong personality and is a team player. I get along with everyone i meet and have a very good relationships with my co-workers, being in the property industry i have learned that for one to have a good relationship with tenants is think like them but still get them to do what you want. I enjoy what i do and good at it. The most challenging aspects of my Job is getting the Government to pay on time, however i have my way of collecting such arrears.

Pros: Growth within the establishment
Cons: I do not believe in a job description, i believe in learning from others.

Exciting environment

Great environment, the company's corporate culture is phenomenal. Learn new things all the time to help becomes effective as possible. A typical day includes attending faults at building sites, facilitating between the client and contractors, compiling quotes and invoices, Ensuring that the work is completed accurately and of highest quality. Processing PO's, monthly planning of PPM's and reports.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: In the FM industry, there's no sleep. Long hours

The best working environment to grow

The Marketing department has given time to learn so much and exceed what I thought I would exceed. There's challenges and bad days. The best part is the satisfaction you recieve when you see results

Growth is achieved

A vibrant and day to day productive environment. A lot of challenges that differs on a daily basis, but also gain knowledge and growth with these challenges. Co-workers are friendly and also have a good work ethic. What I enjoy about my job is I get to do accounting or finance related duties which correlates with my undergraduate degree.

Honest and reliable

Deadline driven with attention to detail. Monitoring performance of portfolio and highlight risk. Couching staff and recommend on capacity issues. Enhance income on portfolio and provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Pros: Stable company and internationally recognize. Various product houses with ample ability to grow the company
Cons: Future individual growth limited as most staff are still farely young and those that's old are stuck in their positions.

Great Learning Environment

The company has great experience for anyone that wants to start of and learn. I have worked with the most competitive and hard working people. I have enjoyed building relationships with contractors and getting to help out and understand more about the environment I am working in.There has been many challenges along the way but we were able to overcome it with the teamwork that we put together.
