Excellent learning curve

Stores are a lot in rural areas. U have to be fearless and up for challenges ranging from work to social. You have to work as a team. If you don't work as a team you will fail. Perks are good thou.

It was good but no opportunities offered for a person who want to grow in the business industry

It was not that bad working at boxer because I gained lot of experience . Managers do not care about employees they only cared about making money and to get bonuses for themselves

I always give anyone a chance to suggest an opinion about the work

I am a successful butchery manager who wants my stuff to be happy at work like a expected vibe, everyone fill important, everyone having an expected roll at work. By doing that they will bring excellent customer service. I learn from everyone even from a casual stuff. I work whole day if my job is not done.

rboxer is a big company but it doesn't pay people as it should i believe if it can increase wages then everything could be on pointstores iwas not paying me enough ard

Excellent learning curve I have learned to work with different people I have improved my leadership skills He most challenging thing about this job is to work with different people who have different mindset.
