Good working structure
The company is challenging and exciting Good teamwork spirit in the company. It is very exciting, but one must always be up his game. The most challenging aspect about the company is that it is surrounded by alot of competition with great prices, so if we want to make money we have to do surveys rapidly.
Pros: there is a good growth structure
Cons: some people do not take orders appropriatly and might undermine you

Experienced in the field of wholesale and retail for 14 years now
First I was employed by Steinhoff lounge weave textile company in 2004 as a dispatch clerk in the finishing department and the company shutdown in 2006 then I was employed by pep stores as a sales floor assistant and a receiving personnel then I worked in various contactors between 2007 & 2008 and in 2009 I was employed by A1 Fisheries as sales floor assistant and receiving personnel and I joined boxer superstores in 2012 as a receiving manager up until now.
Pros: I would like to work with a chance to be promoted
Cons: I prefer to get all my benefits as per work

Growing as an accountant and develop skills
My everyday is receiving work from different stores that us invoices Making sure that they balance to the sytem if any differences find out why. Examples are invoice is short captured, overcharges, unlisted iterms or over delivered. Then i capture those claims on SAP. I also recwive petty cash on a dairly basis validating and making sure that all that was used somebody is accounted for. My relationship with my co workers is excellent im actualy a group leader meaning im responsible foe who ever disnt come to work or is unble to meet the dead line. So everyday when i come in the morning i have to check my emails and see if i have anything important that i need to attend to. That actualy helpa me to plan my day. I have learned to be organised and be responsible also woek very hard as we work with deadlines.
Pros: Month end are challenging
Cons: Can only start work when it comes from the post

Each day I got motivated as i know I have to face a new challenge.
Job was challenging as each day I have to travel long distances,as time management was very important,what I enjoyed was that the company's objectives were achieved.
Pros: Greater opportunity to develop within the company
Cons: Worked from 7:00am till about 18:00pm

Excellent learning experience
Goodday Mam/Sir I'm a dedicated and ambitious or passionate about the work I'm doing, and I'm a team leader who is always attached to details. Good for upskill
Managing receiving, stock room, parts of the sales floor. Deal with the paper work and physical stock counts. Driving a forklift. Controlling damages and returns. Interacting with the suppliers with regards to orders and deliveries. Managing 10 staff members and sometimes take up duties of branch manager assistant. Truck driving if there is stock to be collected from other branches in company.

No growth opportunities
There is great teamwork within the business, however some employees don't like being part of a team. I cannot say that I have learnt much from this company as managers keep the information to themselves rather than to share. there is somewhat of a good atmosphere and employees try to keep themselves motivated

Great at growing staff and empowering them
It is a great place to work, you meet new customers daily, the Staff are people from those communities. The company trains its own people and sends them on various training courses and they work with W&R seta which is really great for the people as the skills stay with them.

Exceptional SAP skills , customer service and leadership skills
I i I havffghi I have vast experience in the data capture department , i was also asenior receiving manager and assistant store manager , i have lots of experience in the SAP management system including doing orders and calculating rate of sale and strike rates
