Excellent learning experience

I have learned a lot as i started from the bottom to management through the company training and motivation from the team . I also like their great standards and succession plans .I had a challenging but great relationship with co workers as we all aware that being in management needs someone who is supportive but also needs to have a strong character. I have learned to always have a goal in life and be prepared to work hard to achieve it and to always stay positive for every challenge has a solution but you can only see that if you have a positive attitude

Pros: Great company to work for and bonuses for any achievements
Cons: Long hours and very little time for family

Experienced

Great customer relations and it's a wonderful experience interating with different personalities in a retail industry and I'm challenged to be able to adjust everyday different environment this includes delivers, co-workers and management.

Pros: I would like to work with a chance to be promoted
Cons: I prefer to get all my benefits as per work

It's a big company with a lot of employee and I learned a lot from boxer and I'm who I'm because of them.pressure wise and ability to achieve the impossible is what I've learned from boxer and even though I'm no longer with them but it's one of the best institutions in terms of learning how retail works.thax

Good in managing and Accounting

Have one year experience in Boxer superstores acting as Operations Trainee manager.. Have excellent leadership skills. Finished my degree 2017 Bcom accounting.. I really enjoy working with people, increased my leadership skills and really enjoy taking care of customers. The most challenging of retail is working long hours.

Pros: Increase leadership skills. Opportunity for quarterly bonus

Excellent company for learning and deverloping your skills

Working at boxer has been a tremendous journey for me as boxer is where my career started. I've developed many skills, knowledge and values in a working environment at boxer. Boxer has also taught me the value of time management and to be deadline drive, honest, trustworthy and compassionate about my job. Not only did I learn key components of the finance environment but I also managed to complete my degree whilst working at boxer. However, despite the many upsides of working at boxer one of the down sides of this company is the lack of growth opportunities and promotions. Dispaching.. Taking calls.. Checking the email.. Responsible on employees files.. Working with a computer moat of the time... Recording employees duty hours.. Making sure that each anf everybody clocked in.. Assisting on a store everytime maybe the store mananger is not around... And most if its busy

Great at growing staff and empowering them

It is a great place to work, you meet new customers daily, the Staff are people from those communities. The company trains its own people and sends them on various training courses and they work with W&R seta which is really great for the people as the skills stay with them.

Exceptional SAP skills , customer service and leadership skills

I i I havffghi I have vast experience in the data capture department , i was also asenior receiving manager and assistant store manager , i have lots of experience in the SAP management system including doing orders and calculating rate of sale and strike rates
