I am a disciplined person who prepared to work under pressure i am confident enough that i could work the job effectively . I like to work at finance department /administration I'm friendly. I have learn financial management and I enjoy to work with people who have good relationship with other people ad I wish I could learn much more to your company my wish is to find my self one day being part of your team

I do Scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results. Store staff recruiting selecting orienting and training employees.Store staff job results by coaching,counselling,and disciplining employees,planning,monitoring and appraising job results.Customer requirements by identify current and future requirements.Budget to prepare weekly,monthly and annual budget to prepare expenses expenditures and analyse variances,initiate corrective actions.I have to monitor price changes to correspond with the merchandise on shelves and counters,studying advert promo and reviewing merxhandise policies, Monthly OHS meetings to highlight safety of employees and customers.Company Rules and Policies to be enforce and maintained.Stock level to be monitored all the time, stock is ordered by calculating the stock on hand and sales.to ensure standard for quality,customer service and Health and safety are met.

Excellent

I like ro work with people from various work of life. I have Learned a lot from tbis company especially how to deal with différent customers. This company bas made who it, i have grew mentally, physically and economically because of this company. But thé pressure of been not recognised leavesy me no choice but to look for the joby

I'm a young woman who has potential in everything I do and I'm very well groomed...I take my job serious and I wanna grow professionally in a company and be able to pass on to new staff,I'm always eager to learn new things and I give it my all...hence I've been one of the best employees in my former job place. I feel like I need to be given a chance to showcase my skills and apply my experience and my employer will regret it because I'm a very hardworking person and I have excellent leadership skills and when I set my self for a challenge I always make sure I beat it to my level that I had set for myself,in currently a student at Unisa and since it's distance learning it won't even affect my job I have managed to juggle things since the past year.

Excellent learning Area

The work days are more and have few working hours. Workers sometimes find it had to communicate but it doesn't effect much of working hours. I have learnt customer service how to handle people of different characters. I enjoy solving problems and most challenging is fixing delivery mistakes

Excellent expérience

I have learn a lot about retaill, about customer service, about hygiène, about food shelve life, about admin ans hpw to discipline employees. Working for retail has made me a string woman who can face any obstacle of life and challenges of any work. It has also made me to think ahead, and i have also learn more about retail code of conduct.

Butchery manager

I like to work to my company because I get a bonus a month when I achieved sales and profit, it's make me proud de see my trainee be come a manager to other branch and success, every month I have to choose one of the stuff of the month to keep motivated, it's challenging to competing with other branches so we gonna see whose the really best by the region. It's make you feel at home if you work with people who believe on you all those we have challenges .
