good caring company.

Boxer Superstore is good company that grows individuals to high different levels. But some management management take advantage of the opportunity and use to exploit staff in order for them to benefit. I have experience that at store level. Management do not care about staff they used for their own benefits which against boxer policies.

Pros: Promotion depends on management

I like to learn more about the company, I am ready to learn to play the importance role, respect each other is the more important,self confidence, asked if am not sure about something else,hard worker, working overtime if it's necessary to do ,good communicator.

I have learnt a lot of things,eg to work as a team,to lead or manage employees.

I am have worked as an Admin Manager,but for now I am working as a trainee manager.I have a good relationship with my co-workers including my manager.I have learnt a lot,as now I can also manage employees,I can be a leader to the employees and to manage the salaries for the employees.

Pros: I have seen it as a great company

I adapt easily to any kind of work

Iam a hard worker, self motivated,goal oriented I'm always looking for a challenge to enhance my skills and knowledge. Iam able to work under pressure also like to interact with other people at work .

Exellent leraning curve

i have learn so much in my previous job so now i want to change and seek more experience from other company and maybe i can aswell grow with, i have an exellent communication skill,the abillity to work under pressure,fast learner and hard working person.
