I have leaned lot of things in my current job,firstly how to communicate, customers are always right,batho pele,you have to love you customers and respect your job and time management

Excellent learning curve
A typical day at work includes me talking to at +_ 200 people regarding their orders, deliveries, claims. I love interacting with the different individuals and challenges they bring to each day. I have worked in many positions in this company and I enjoy being in sales the most. I love that I don't work on weekends or public holidays. I have a fun care free relationship with my co workers with mutual respect.
Pros: I don't work weekends or holidays

Excellent learning curve
Learned how to use the till but the management was very much annoying....what I like most is the special promotions......but we used to work long hours which is not good

I have learnt so much ,I ha certificates
Am a well behaved person working under pressure who respects my work respects my colleague, I enjoyed to keep my self busy like going out with my children when am off ,spend time with my entire family during weekends,the most think I learn in life is to respect other love your work ,They are many challenge s at work but you have to be strong .
Pros: I can do more than what I am today in order to make sure my company success

Excellent expérience
Working in retail has enable me to Learn more about people's culture and their believes. I have Learn that to make a company you are working for you have to work hard and to work extra time. Thé most two aspects in retail are customer service and hygiène. Been a manager has taught me to have a good listerning skill and be able to solve problems without taking sides. Thé post challenging thing d'or being a manager is that people expect you to vive what they want forgetting that thére are company interrests that have to considered to achevé sales.

We'll experienced
I'm a young woman who has potential in everything I do and I'm very well groomed...I take my job serious and I wanna grow professionally in a company and be able to pass on to new staff,I'm always eager to learn new things and I give it my all...hence I've been one of the best employees in my former job place. I feel like I need to be given a chance to showcase my skills and apply my experience and my employer will regret it because I'm a very hardworking person and I have excellent leadership skills and when I set my self for a challenge I always make sure I beat it to my level that I had set for myself,in currently a student at Unisa and since it's distance learning it won't even affect my job I have managed to juggle things since the past year.

Good learning curve
The busy days were month ends lot of customers coming in the store the supplies supplying more stock then the usual quit days.I was a great environment where we use to work as a team I was a leader so we will combined ideas on how to create sales and have more customers coming to buy in our store.I learn to communicate better with others and listen carefully to each and every member of the staff and threat everyone equally with respect. I enjoyed to see our store meeting the daily budget because of our ideas and effort and my great supervision to the staff. We use to have staff abusentizim,store shrinkage, budget over spending and the management who didn't threat the staff as they should be

Excellent salary
I enjoy working for this company but my children and i have to live a better life we çant affort that with little salary. This compa:y made who i am. I enjoyed working with my seniors and juniors. Especially customers, i miss when they call me blacky.

Excellent learning curve
Am an opmistic person who works hard , but the company was de motivating because we would work for long hours and they would not be authorised , sometimes the salary flactuate from 2500 to 1800 , so its de motivating , so applying here am looking greener pastures where I would work hard and be appreciated for my hard work.
