I am a very motivated person. I focus on meeting deadlines and I am good at time management. I am proactive in my duties. I accept responsibility and I always use initiative. I do well under pressure and I always apply logic and reasoning to approach a situation. Since working here I have learned so much, doing branch audits and working with a diverse group of people have taught me a lot. I enjoy new challenges.

Computer literacy
I have learnt alot as a Help desk coordinator on how things can be done quickly and accurately. How to do Job cards and to issue them to the responsible people. I enjoy may job as to learn new things everyday its exciting. I enjoy been help full where i can, customer service . The most challenging aspect is to create Job cards and close them while they are done.

Need more challenge
Very good in communication life skills and high concentration in my field of business but high level management is important to me you can only learn on the job. Go getting self motivated and highly motivated you can make a difference only if you have a right attitude

Acting as Creditors Clerk
As a Creditors Clerk in the Utilities department, my job is to: • Reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis • Requesting outstanding invoices from Eskom • Prepare samples for payment proposal on all the highest values on the accounts • Negotiating Inter-Account transfer for all the credit balance for accounts that are at risk of being disconnected due to late/ or non-payment • Managing Debit Balance & requesting refunds on accounts that are on Credit and accounts that are no longer active yet we are still paying. • Handling Utilities disconnection & Final Notice • New connections for accounts • Following up on outstanding invoices and query discrepancies on accounts that need to be paid • Capturing of invoices to be paid for the draw down dates • Scanning of invoices captured onto the Blueprint system • Clear amounts due or refundable on terminated accounts prior to status change

Good working
The work was very good because we were working together as a team and we were also understanding each other, we have been managed to do the time , as a team we were trying to make sure that our work is doing very and neatly we loving our and we have been respect our controller so that can learn us well to do our job as a team .We have been loving our job until was end.

Excellent Career experience
I work from 7 to 4, I get along very well with my colleagues, we sometimes hang out after work. I have grown so much in the company and gained a lot of experience during my stay. I enjoy month end the pressure of getting to the finish line, its a nice adrenaline and experience, always different

Excellent learning curve
As i started as intern it a excellent learning curve and it give more experience in different sector or department around the company. but it not a company that groom people in to some future promotion.you stay on one position for more than 20 years without no promotion and there is no incentive or motivations inoder to do best in your job .

It builds strong character
My job puts me in the middle of the manufacturing and finished goods sector. I declare production, issue the raw material and reconcile the jobs. It is fast paced and exciting.
