Not a good company to work for if you are a hard workin g professional Working long hours not rewarded and little or no recognition received. Absolutely NO room for growth in this company

I am ambitious and self motivated young man who has developed mature and responsible for any activity I undertake.. hours we were working was 8 hours my relationship with workers was good coz the we like my brother's and sisters

Good learning
I am a learner. What i learnt is hw to clean warhouse,office production workshop sweeping,mopping and more. I enjoyed working with different people. What i like of Bidvest is the gave me a lot of skills when it comes to general work.

Excellent learning curve
In the 6 years I have been with the company I have learned a lot about the industry and personally I have grown. I will forever been grateful for all the opportunities I have received and the people skills and management skills I have learned in my time with the company.

The job involves managing work flows from multiple teams.
The job opportunity is great. You work almost as business partner for operations and finance. You also have to deal with clients in managing their allocated budget. The contract management is guided by strict KPIs which make the job a bit challenging.
Pros: Great way to know a full industry
Cons: It may be frustrating being a link between operations and finance

Reason i am looking for another job
i am a hard worker as i am only focused on growth within a business as i am the only person who does the sales and marketing of the business as a whole. my relationship with my co workers is excellent as i am a curious type of person an always looking to learn new things and i ask questions on that i dont understand and add my views on the issue or matter to make it sound and look good.i am one person who is always coming up with ideas on anything that has to benefit the client and strategies.i have learnt allot in this business specially working under pressure on how to handle it and yet how to work with other and feeding off ideas from one another so we can all go forward as a team

Cons: i have allot of potential and really smart individual but i never get the chance to show it because the people i work with are lazy and no team work

Working at Bidvest mymarket
A typical day at work: is coming in and giving your all at work to make sure that clients are satisfied and reaching my target goals, which i always have to keep a diary of things to do every day. relationship with co workers is phenomenon as i am a peoples people and I am not a shy person. what i have learn is to always be processional no matter who the client is or how small their budget is and that i should always listen and identify the problem which makes it easier to become a clients solution what i enjoy is going out and meeting clients and presenting to them our product and arranging impossible meetings. the most challenging aspect would be our system failure as it becomes difficult to make a client understand and giving false promises as you wouldnt know when the system may be fixed by the DAV team

I have learn that you must work no matter what situation it is,for being a responsible man
i was working at lebowa company(small one) a family one i was a delivery man who was deliver chairs,tent and tables for funerals and marriges,i then move to bid vest were i worked for 9 months it was contract,i was delivering fridge staff e.g polony,juices and youghuts ect.im a resposible Man who stay with my family,you wont regret if you give me this opportunity to work under you company,im a self motivator,creative and innovative,im looking forward to hear from you
