As i started as intern it a excellent learning curve and it give more experience in different sector or department around the company. but it not a company that groom people in to some future promotion.you stay on one position for more than 20 years without no promotion and there is no incentive or motivations inoder to do best in your job .

It builds strong character
My job puts me in the middle of the manufacturing and finished goods sector. I declare production, issue the raw material and reconcile the jobs. It is fast paced and exciting.

I have learn different cultures of people
i worked at lebowa company which is our family company, i was a delivery man who is deliviring tent,chairs and tables for funerals and marriages,i then went to bidvest in 2012 worked there were we were meeting many challenges of traivelling where it sometimes gives us a truck wich it is not in roadworthy but i keep on working for the sake of my future,my wife and my kids,it was contract at bidvest it ended in june 2013

Excellent place to gain knowledge
As a consultant at this bank you get to do alot,deal with clients both telephonically and physical..I learnt to be honest,confidence,problem solving,till balancing so,merlin and evo systems,investments,revenue figures and more.Basically you must be a hands on person very attentive to detail..They say charity begins at home so you have to learn to build relationships with team mates before customers and learn to listen more and talk less that way you seem calm and reserved and at the end up lose nothing but benefit alot.

Excellent organization
Diverse organization with many opportunities for driven individuals. Individuals that is self-starters and with self-discipline perform very well. There is a very high entrepreneurial drive. I have learnt better techniques to engage with diverse stakeholder groups. Co workers are focussed on the goal. Social aspects are not as high as other organizations, but success is well rewarded. Support from executives are there when needed.

Excellent learning opportunity
W workload is shared among co-workers. One need to be a team player communication and weekly meetings are important because they assist the team to grow and help one another. I enjoyed working as a team.

Feel like I'm stuck
I fell like I can't grow, because there are no challenges and the management is not giving me a healthy working environment. Most people are quitting because we (staff) feel like we are slaves, our views has no value as well as our opinions
