Excellent learning curve

Inspecting the area and checking up on my stuff s so exciting because we get to talk about the challenges they face and i get to solve and come up with solutions where possible Having a great relationship with co-workers is good, you turn to know and enjoy you day everyday Being a team leader is not being the boss but having an opportunity to lead in that way you get to learn as much as possible.

Communication

I believe in continious learning ,and working at bidvest pristege helped me to build my confidence and also helped me a lot when it comes to things like communication skill,team leader ,and working under pressure,i enjoy learning because in order to enjoy your work firstly you must love what you do.

Excellent learning curve

We work 8.5 hours per day nd we wash 60-80 car a day, is a very busy sitd with little of money. Me nd my co workers we have an understand to each of how we can during the day, we strategies to certify our client

A good learning experience

It was a good learning experience especially in a career I had not studied I had learned how to interact with a lot of people and different personalities and I had learned people's skills. A typical day would be a day filled with a lot of people. I had a great relationship with my coworkers and we worked well together as a team. I enjoyed learning on the job and working with great personalities. It included hectic schedules.

Develop customer service skills and communication with clients also developed

Bidvest Prestige services helped me develop managerial skills and an ability to communicate with client who are the the backbone of the businesses. Besides the communication skill I also learnt working under pressure and working long hours at some stages.

Result oriented person

I am hard worker and I always strive for the success of the company. I had been working for 17 years as a Catering Manager for various companies. I then got an opportunity to work with Bidvest Prestige as an Operations Manager and my last 4 years within the company I was working at BMW Midrand as a Soft Service Manager working hand in hand with the Facility Operation Manager. I'm a result oriented person and I was able to achieve good relationship with different clients. I had share holders who were directly reporting to me and all the projects were carried successfully. I had more than 50 to 100 reporting to me. My duties were to train them and manage the entire business.

Pros: I take ownership and I always strive for better results
Cons: I'm availability and Im workaholic

Good learning curve

The company does not have much opportunities especially for us the youth.and ofcourse the salary is much disappointing as most of the things our not cheap to buy.but overall working for the company has been great so far.iv learned so many things like working with people nicely

Human Resources Management

I worked in a Healthcare in Glynnwood Hospital,I was working under cleaning company of Bidvest Prestige. I was under Management,I was an intern learning how to Manage many employees and giving them instructions of what do to.At the workplace I had to Multitask many things at one time,I had to answer phone calls coming from the wards of the hospital.listing carefully of what is needed by our client,& during the working day. I had to book a temp to replace a Permanent employee when is on leave.I completed my 1 year 6 months internship, learning of all the things of running an busy environment of Healthcare.

Pros: I had an opportunity to be a HR administrator & one day run a big corporate busy company being Productive.
Cons: I usually enjoy working long hours but not everyday.

Cleaning is healthy

ning tmy job is is he passages of the hospital.good relationship with my colleagues,learnt that being clean is healthy,like having conversation with clients,the most challenging is when picking up the waste
