I've learned how safety is important in my job and to follow rules
My topical day at work we start with a pre-meeting for safety reviews and there after we go and clean the plant. My relationship with my fellow workers is healthy I connect well with everyone and I help where I need to .I have learned that safety comes first and the challenges I face every day are mostly safety issues because we work in a plant so any thing can go wrong at any time. The most thing I enjoy at work is to help someone when they need help and learning safety rules.
Pros: I was selected to train for a first aid cause of which I did well and now I'm the leading safe rap for my shift
Cons: Doing long shifts like a 12hour shift

To treat customers with courtesy and make they are happy
every day its a challenge dealing with the other contractors on site and make sure they do their best and deals with difficult customers working as a team bring best result I believe that I learned to charge on whatever I'm doing as log as it will bring best results I enjoy when things goes smoothly and the client is happy the most challenging aspects is when the client is not happy and employees gets shortage salaries
Pros: it was a great pleasure for me for Bidvest to have a trust in me. firstly they did promoted me cleaner to a team leader and last supervisor. i believe i was a great asset to them and they do have a trust that i can make their client happy on fulfiling what client is expected from me .
Cons: we work eight hours a day and im that kind of person who make sure the job is done at the end of the before i leave to avoid a complain

I've ability to work as Team, I'm a a hard worker and I can able to work different shifts
I'm currently working as an supervisor at Bidvest Prestige cleaning Company, I enjoy my work and working as Team it's bring more learning opportunity to my life everyday because everyday people bring new ideas . And having a good leadership skills bring a good friends with my staff and also make the job or project we have done accordingly and in time . In my current company I've learnt different things such as Administration works , Good leadership, working under pressure, hire and also training new staff members etc

I would love to relocate to ape Town
I have managed the housekeeping department for more than 6 years now. I am in charge of the total of 150 staff on site. I do trainings with the staff- housekeeping and health and safety. I complete all morning and after allocations for the staff. I manage the day to day tasks I deal directly with guests should there be guest complains and issues. I recruit staff I learn and face a different challenge every day I love making happy moments for my guests and staff. I treat all my staff with respect and always encourage my staff. I empower my staff. Everyday is not the same, there is a different challenge everyday.
Pros: You learn everyday
Cons: Long night hours

Great experience
Draw up schedule for the week, first thing check your e-mails then, booking shift for the staff also book their sick notes and leave forms on the payment system so that by end of the month they wont get paid short.Good relationship with the workers because we all in the same Company so we keep that relationship in a good manager. I have learnt that to keep our client happy and the staff as well is our first priority because with out them there will be no business for us to run.What I enjoyed most is telling my manager that i am waiting on Him and His guys in order for me to do the work because they know that my Admin manager doesn't want to be late for the dead line as well.The most challenging is when the supervisor don't give me the information on time that who replaced who and the pay roll is already close when they give me information and I had to go to the GM and ME to explain why the hours for the replacement were not recorded on the system on time.

Excellent leaning curve
I have worked people from diverse professional and cultural background which has provided me excellent inter-personal and communication skills. My experience and upbringing has enriched me to attain character traits such as patience, wisdom, dedication, empathy, generosity, integrity and I am especially sincere and hard working. At times i meet up with lots of challenges,due to colleagues that are not cooperating.But at some point i always tell myself that challenges are there to make us strong,we learn from them and are there to be overcomed. But so far I am enjoying working for my company,as i learn new thing everyday.Mostly I enjoy,assisting employees and clients where required.

My Bidvest prestige learning curve
My Bidvest review Bidvest prestige is a very nice company where you get to learn and explore the working enviroment. People who work here are bubbly and productive. We have learning an development programmes and we have a braai every month so we can get to socialize as colleauges. The most challenging aspect with my job is when clients promise to pay and they dont. What I enjoy most at work is when I get to remind clients about their outstanding invoices that they have forgotten to pay up and then they lie about that they've already paid up, then I get to prove to them that they haven't paid, if I struggle with the situation I get to escalate it to my seniors, I mostly enjoy doing that.iv learned that you need to always adjust to situation at work and challenge yourself to learn more and don't limit yourself to do anything in the working environment.
Pros: No promotion
Cons: Well hours is 8 hours per day and you work overtime and weekends only on agreement.
