Typical day is twelve hour shifts where I ensure the entire site is cleaned from inside to outside,double checking that all projects are done . I have a great relationship with my co workers and treat them with respect and return they show me respect a happy worker is a good worker. I have learnt many extra abilities as in how to assess a project minimise the time and utilise the least amount of workers to complete a project. Most of all I enjoy working meet new people in that way you learn more and grow faster,also enjoy finishing what I start it gives me a sense of completion. The most challenging is to please the client as it is very important to keep the complex clean and also I love a challenge it keeps me motivated.

Strive to excel
I am a peoples person, colleagues enjoy my company. I'm asset to the company and to my team, I have learn to adapt myself to change and carry on with new system, I enjoy to assist to the best of my knowledge. I guess I'm capable to perform every duties that is been explained to me and ask questions where there's no clarity and I adhere to instructions.

Innovation & service Excellent
Joined Royalserve under Mvelaserve Group as a Contract Manager in June of 2012. I was tasked with managing a new contract SAB Chamdor, no experience both from myself and the business. Two months done the line, we were awarded two bigger Food&Hygiene SAB Contracts. I have contributed immensely both at Royalserve and Bidvest Prestige managed to excel and drive the business to newer heights from business retainment, service, innovation and people management. It's a cut throat industry. Through cost cutting measures was retrenched. I am available and recently relocated in durban.

What an experience.
I have an outstanding track record in the services industry over the past 20 years. In my various roles, I have exhibited a great amount of flexibility, dedication and willingness to learn. Pros: I never was as ambitious as I am today, having been let go from my Company, as I was before I started my career there. The Company did a fantastic job of putting a tremendous amount of exceptional people in the same room at the same time. Seeing the progress and success of those around me, made me aspire to grow the company’s business and increase my own impact across markets. It was never enough. No matter how much I was doing or what I had achieved, it was never enough.

Excellent leaning curve
I have worked people from diverse professional and cultural background which has provided me excellent inter-personal and communication skills. My experience and upbringing has enriched me to attain character traits such as patience, wisdom, dedication, empathy, generosity, integrity and I am especially sincere and hard working. At times i meet up with lots of challenges,due to colleagues that are not cooperating.But at some point i always tell myself that challenges are there to make us strong,we learn from them and are there to be overcomed. But so far I am enjoying working for my company,as i learn new thing everyday.Mostly I enjoy,assisting employees and clients where required.

A good learning experience
It was a good learning experience especially in a career I had not studied I had learned how to interact with a lot of people and different personalities and I had learned people's skills. A typical day would be a day filled with a lot of people. I had a great relationship with my coworkers and we worked well together as a team. I enjoyed learning on the job and working with great personalities. It included hectic schedules.

No regrets for being at the company, its just the affordability and the lack towards grouth to advance my future at hospitality industry Correct standard of service delivery to a client for me its low.there's no space for inovation and a lack of sastaining the value of service by adabting to inovation
