Difficult experience curve

It's a draining job with so many hours and the salary doesn't accumulate to the work we do. It's hard to make a living with the salary. It's hard for you to maintain your social life due to the working hours

Interior aircraft grooming supervisor

I work as a supervisor also driving staff from flight to flight and I also make sure that they have equipment and I also take out trash trailer to the dump side I do some paperwork writing my shift report each and every day after my shift and I also record clocking in and out times for my staff in my shift and before I use the vehicle I do a check list

Pros: I have learned a lot
Cons: No holiday

GOOD LEARENING OPPORTUNITY

MY TYPICAL WORK DAY *dealing with lots of customers each and everyday difficult ones and calm ones RELATIONSHIP *I have a good relationship with my co-workers WHAT HAVE I LEARNT *what I have learnt is to work together as a team and to avoid conflict with each other. WHAT ENJOY MOST *enjoy most is when the day runs smooth and getting flights out on time or earlier MOST ASPECTS OF THE JOB *Having delays and having to work under the pressure.

Very good results in terms of perfomance or meeting the KPI'S

Very good comoany to work, challenging part is the twchnical aspects of flights being delayed beyong our control due to technical issues takes time to fix it
