GOOD LEARENING OPPORTUNITY

MY TYPICAL WORK DAY *dealing with lots of customers each and everyday difficult ones and calm ones RELATIONSHIP *I have a good relationship with my co-workers WHAT HAVE I LEARNT *what I have learnt is to work together as a team and to avoid conflict with each other. WHAT ENJOY MOST *enjoy most is when the day runs smooth and getting flights out on time or earlier MOST ASPECTS OF THE JOB *Having delays and having to work under the pressure.

Learning curve

Learned a lot ..time management , working under pressure , providing good customer service at all times it was such a great experience. I enjoyed meeting new passengers from different countries with different cultures not forgetting celebration we see on TV. Like any other job there were some ruff times were I had to help passengers with thier on personal problems and have to go extra miles Some days I got to deal with fake documents , meaning I have to identify those fraud documents then follow the company s procedure

I learned many skills such as communication skill skill and also I gained more knowledge.

Bidair is a big company which works under ACSA,I enjoyef working under the company as a customer service agent,I was working 7 days a week in different shift but 9 hours a day.My relationship with my colleagues was very lovey and trustworthy,, I have learned many skills and knowledge related to !marketing industry from this company,I enjoyed working indoor mostly because I like office work job.The most challenging thing in that job it was working a night shift because I was struggling for transportation as I was using public transport. But besides, I enjoyed working for Bidair.

Pros: Great opportunity I saw from Bidair is to be a CEO

Bidair is a great company I started back in 2014 as a arrival staff then I work my way up within a company, managers and staff members are so friendly they like family, although sometimes we work long hours we can handle them because we work hard and as a team. The are great opportunities if you are willing to grow within the company..

Pros: There's a room for growth if you are interested or pulling the weight and working well with your colleagues
Cons: You must be prepared to work shifts and in all times you must give great customer care service

Excellent learning curve

I work shifts which I love and I work at departures most of the times and sometimes I help with the arrival of some flights.I enjoy checking in and meeting different races,cultures and personalities. My co-workers make the work place more worth coming to work for.I have learnt some much about avaition such as punctuality and landing a helping hand where you can even if it has nothing to do with your job.Visa slips are the most challenging aspects although at times they can be avoided by asking and learning from your previous mistakes.Although I have never had any slips but it's still the most scary part about the job.

Pros: Best place for accumulating avaition experience
Cons: Salary for the hours I spend at work
