I have an international Diploma in Tourism and administration. This can be attested to by the attached Certificates. I am committed, and able to rally team members to deliver against targets. Charged with a high level of positive attitude and energy, I believe in doing my best when given a task to perform in any situation be it on air, sea and underground. Excellent learning experience

Day to day is working with customers walk in and customers that a traveling ticket sales emd emails answering off phones doing admin banking money etc

Keen to learn

I’m well determined candidate pursuing great customer service. Currently my role at BAS duty manager for Qatar airways which is one of the major accounts with 3 flights a between DOH AND JNB, it’s a demanding task with various challenges.

I learned many skills such as communication skill skill and also I gained more knowledge.

Bidair is a big company which works under ACSA,I enjoyef working under the company as a customer service agent,I was working 7 days a week in different shift but 9 hours a day.My relationship with my colleagues was very lovey and trustworthy,, I have learned many skills and knowledge related to !marketing industry from this company,I enjoyed working indoor mostly because I like office work job.The most challenging thing in that job it was working a night shift because I was struggling for transportation as I was using public transport. But besides, I enjoyed working for Bidair.

EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WIT MY CO-WORKERS WORKING AS A TEAM WHAT I'VE LEARNED THUS FAR IS THE INTERACTION WITH DIFFICULT PASSENGERS I LOVE THE JOB , ATMOSPHERE WHERE I'M WORKING IT'S QUITE CHALLENGING ESPECIALLY THE LATE SHIFTS , PASSENGERS THAT'S FLIGHTS ARE DELAYED , OR BAGGAGE NOT RECEIVED ON LANDING.

Pros: I WOULD LOVE TO PROSPER AND ACHIEVE MY GOALS WITHIN THE COMPANY
Cons: NO ISSUE WITH LONG HOURS , IF THE SALARY IS REASONABLE

Bidair is a great company I started back in 2014 as a arrival staff then I work my way up within a company, managers and staff members are so friendly they like family, although sometimes we work long hours we can handle them because we work hard and as a team. The are great opportunities if you are willing to grow within the company..

Pros: There's a room for growth if you are interested or pulling the weight and working well with your colleagues
Cons: You must be prepared to work shifts and in all times you must give great customer care service

Wanting to grow in hospitality

I feel that i can be the best candidate for this job i can work under pressure. I know how to handle pressure before it even gets there. I feel that customer service is everything i am a very well spoken and out spoken person and i always go beyond my job tittle

Excellent learning but no growing in the company

Working for bidair services has been a eye opener about the corporate world, has given me an oppotunity to gain experience about costomer services and ethical behavior required in the diverse industry bit due to the unfair,unethical and low payment of stuff members for hard word that can't keep with daily expenses made me resign,hoping to explore more with a different company with good work ethics so I can be able to grow .

Hard working,

Hard working days and have learnt alot from various people I've meet and have a good relationship with co-workers but most importantly we love each other and have alot of care towards our work Nd they always complete the job
