Promoted into the position of Divisional Manager, from the position of Contracts and Business Development Manager. Responsible for the procurement of all structural steel for the group. A detailed outline of my duties and responsibilities can be seen in the attached CV.

Immense work pressure, but developmental and beneficial to career growth
The corporate culture and environment is of a fast pace and highly interactive nature. I engage with internal customers and required to give prompt feedback relating to material we keep in the warehouse. The interpersonal skills are put to good use in such that I am required to take walkabout in the warehouse and interact with yard personnel and ensure all processes are adhered to. I have learnt the SAP ERP system through what i do and it has motivated me to learn more about business analytics and system engineering. I am currently studying towards my Masters degree in engineering management and I am learning how to balance work and personal life.

Quality is when your customer comes back and not your product.
Am working as Quality Inspector at Aveng Trident Steel roodekop and our job as Quality department is ensuring that the material we using for the certain works order is the right material and is also meet the quality requirements, and also to ensure that the product we produced is the right product according to the works ordered, customer must be always happy with our products.
