I got to learn a lot in the insurance industry and because they are always enhancing the benefits it means you can never stop learning, it is hectic because it a head office and we service all branches around south Africa and it is important to work around the turn around time so that we may not affect the representatives commission.
Pros: Great benefits for clients and growing as an individual
Cons: System is not allowing us to work our to our full potential

I am a Assistant manager who can control people from most of the time.
I am most of the time about 45min before my starting time at work. I also normally work 2 to 4 hours longer, because my work must be done before I leave the office. I became very well along with the people I worked with and I work in a team of professional staff and have a great experience with the client and the team and can be a great team leader. I learned very day new skills and other experience in different ways and areas. I never will be to old to say that I am a professional and know everything in my life. I love to working with client's and dealing with other people's interests and the community. My most challenging in my work is to be given me new targets and to start new projects.
Pros: Be honest and informed the client about the products and services that you can provide.
Cons: I don't have any problem with working long hours and driving long distance.

I take every development of my career as a challenge that can put me on another level
I like doing presentations.i prefer to work with the vteam but most of the time individually.I have learn that perseverance and passion build an individual. I enjoy working with positive people.the most challenging in of a field worker is to know where you are going and have a plan.

Good place to build experience and learn *How to analyze claims *Pick up fraud claims in a process. *How to follow an investigation *Required documents to process a claim *Most importantly how to treat customer fairly and to make them happy

It is a good space to learn and grow within the insurance sectors. it gives many opportunities to learn and grow in the industry. They also offer chances for you to further your studies and great a better future foe you. It is a good place to begin and curve your journey in the insurance industry.

I am a hard working , ambitious , disciplined lady and can work indipendently and also in a team.My daily routines entails: going out on the field, prospecting, setting up appointments and closing business deals and providing finacial services to new and existing clients.

Excellent working and learning career path
I enjoyed working at Avbob even though the was no promises of permanent employment. I've learned a lot from the company about long term insurance. It is a great platform for people like us with disabilities, the learnership programme at Avbob was a learning curve and career path.

Great place to learn more and broaden my skills and knowledge
Working at AVBOB is good. I enjoy working there. My co-workers are great people to be around. They are supportive and helpful. Working with different people has taught me to be more patient and to look at different people with different perspectives. Having to work with different people could be challenging at times. Different people, different behaviours. This is when your ability to work with other people come into play, patience, listening skills, being humble at all times.
Pros: Gaining the necessary experience for you to grow

I work flexible hours.I work alongside with my fellow co workers as a team so that we can be able to reach our monthly targets .I have a good relationship with my clie!nts and I have learned to help people to realise their most important needs in life,for example,the importance of having a funeral cover and helping them to become financially respodible. I enjoy meeting new clients/people everyday.my only challenge is is meeting disrespectful clients but I always become a bigger person when I come across those kind of people ,I respectfully make them realise what is right and what is wrong in life and most of the time,I win their trust.
