Excellent learning

g at working at avbob is good my colleagues are very good and able to communicate with. My manager is very helpful due to challenges we face on our daily duties. I am happy to work there but there limitations wich cause me to look for better place where I can express my self freely.

Room for growth

I have been working in the sales environment for 11 years now. I took a break to pursue my career in hospitality but the industry is not as easy to penetrate as it looks. I did get a job at emerald hotel, and the breeze. I worked as a chef de patier. I worked well with all my coleagues, i really enjoyed the hours as well. I learnt a lot fromm the environment and the colleagues. But now I'm back on the unemployment roll and seeking and opportunity to prove myself once again.

Workinknow your products and sell what you understand close the deal with a smile always do follow ups on your customers check if there happy did they receive all the necessary documents.

I believe I will bring the best of my interest and effort and dedication in the company

Working with a great team is great and we always encourage one another to work more and more. I have learned that everything is possible if you can dedicate yourself to your work and treat other employee with respect and love.

Pros: It's good the only challenge is that there is not basic salary
Cons: When people are there and you getting business then laspes won't hit you hard as long as you bring more client's

Advise clients with policies and sell new policies with new benefits

The company sells funeral cover policies and help existing clients with claims and and funeral arrangements, clients are happy with the service from the company.

Pros: There's a great opportunity for promotion when you are self motivated and make targets on sales as well as giving your self sometime to study.
Cons: There are no long working hours, as I'm pushing my self to make my target every month, so my hours depend on how much sales I do each day at work.

Execellent learning curve

it is a very big company but with limited chances of growth. My relationship with my managers and co workers is super good, the only thing making me look for a job is growth. I have learnt more on compiling financial statements, general ledger recons,processes of month end closure, over seeing creditors functions.

Cons: big volume of work

Sales

Can do overtime and to make sure that if the is an opstixles i will jump them an do wat is expected me to dofoing ro places to go genrate businesse. And to make sure i achive my targets at all times. Inclucluding workinf on weekends if i m begind.. most of them all is to understand clients needs an act on them.

Pros: Grap any opportunity that comes my way according to my achievements
Cons: I can even do overtimes

Work from 9_4 Working as a team with my co workers I be learn lot of thing including how to deal with client When there is more client Most challenging is when my boss want business and no clients
