I am a mature, reliable and accountable lady in the Accounting profession looking to enhance my career and talents in Accounting I still have a great deal to learn in all spheres within the Accounting profession. In the short term, I would like to expand, get a lot of experience and gain greater exposure in both the theoretical and practical aspects of the profession. In the long term, I intend applying such knowledge in an efficient and effective manner, to obtain and maintain a positive outcome. I would like myself to be considered as an investment and asset to the company I am employed with. And, as with any investment, would like to see myself grow with the company through the enhancement of its reputation and expansion of its clientele.

To be able to stand up and for what i believe its right

It is very diverse company.Being a receptionist it means you are a driver of the company.You have be more accommodating not to mention a love of people. Being a receptionist it also challenging it needs more patients and people form that personal relationship with clients. Be aware that you are a an image of the company other words you are representing the company.I ve enjoyed to interact with walking in clients. I have learned that all the clients have different attitudes and they are unique in their own way.

Pros: when you doing your job very well its a little bit difficult to be promoted to the next job

Learn to be productive to the company and also delivered to the shareholders

typical work day is when you face some really challenges but at the end there is a solution for problem.good relationship with the co-workers we share experience at the work place.i have learnt to work hard go extra mile be proactive on everything you do smile to keep customers happy.enjoy every moment with my collegue especially for something that we do for the first time and want to learn more.more challenging aspect is when you dont get help from anyone and you need to think out of the box to solve a query or what ever you want do

Opportunity

I enjoy an Open door policy and always respect leaders. Honesty is the best policy so being upfront about your likes and dislikes but taking into consideration that we work with diverse people is very important to building a strong and honest relationship

Productive work place

Typical day consists of planning and progress meetings? Design of civil infrastructure needs a lot of hard work that cannot be shifted to someone else. Reaching deadlines are a result of teamwork and dedication. Managing own productivity is key to success. Hardest part of the job, to manage resources, motivate key personnel to reach the finish line in record time, every time

Excellent learning curve

• Accounting for financial entries ito IFRS; • Assessing validity of supporting documents ito company policies; • Perform General Ledger reconciliations (including bank and control accounts); • Familiar with month-end processes/closure and processing of month-ends; • Assisting auditors with queries and gathering audit documentation/reports; • Supporting and monitoring our in-country accountants located in Africa • Processing of accounting entries • Ad-hoc financial admin tasks and reporting

Design

My key experience includes: Draughting using AutoCAD and Designing of HVAC installation, drainage and stormater. I am Hard working, always eager to learn, adapt very quick, able to work under pressure and to work in a team.

Good experience

Gaining the necessary work experience is great however there is no growth in company especially when attempting to get promotion with relevant qualifications. It is a good company to start off with great company culture.
