Excellent learning curve and great opportunities
Going to work I know how my typical day at work would be like as I have been in this position for a few years. However you always learn something new or additional ways to do problem solving depending on the project and or situation. I enjoy a challenge, and the most enjoyable thing of the whole process is the outcome of it when you proof to yourself you have done this and can be proud of it. I have been in the Mining sector for some time working with different personalities and cultures and personally think I get along quite well with the different people I meet at work and work with. You do get your challenging personalities and especially being in Finance and ensure you apply corporate governance rules you are not always to be liked by others which there are ways to work around it and still get the job done. However I take pride in my work and enjoy seeing the PM being proud of my work too, thus I'm not there to be famous I'm there to do a job and be an asset to the company.
Pros: Great opportunity to get promoted, get to know other projects.
Cons: Able to work over time or travel for work if need be, I do not have responsibilities after hours thus it would not be a problem.

Extensive and dynamic experience in civil, buildings & engineering works
Professional environment that seeks to give value to customers. Supportive co-workers with team spirit. I have learnt a lot about work quality, and utilising digital technology to enhance quality and work speed. I enjoy working in diverse projects and being exposed to new ways of thinking. The most challenging aspects of the job are delivery on large projects with tight deadlines.

Awesome Company to work for
Supportive, innovative and good career development within the company. The working environment is relaxed, flexible and the co-workers are very vibrant. I have learnt how to manoeuvre corporate culture and be succesful in a rapidly changing and challenging environment. Working with clients that have no capacity or sense of self is one and most important thing I have learned to navigate whilst at the company.
Pros: One is allowed flexitime and to be self driven, there are very good opportunities for growth.
Cons: Adaptation to changes in the space is slow. Promotes first world Practices in a third World environment which can be detrimental for business.

Short courses fro career enhancement
Working as a proposal coordinator is exiting , it provided me with an exposure and the bigger picture of business world. What i like is that we work as a team collaborate with marketign and the rest of business internally. There are challenging moments especially dealing with external clients which are sensitive etc. but what i like is that we overcome the situation as team. Other challenging part of my job is that there are times where client demand impossible request from the company , hence i mentioned on the above statement that at the end of the day the solution will be aligned and retrieve solution for our clients, tHIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH collaboration

Hard worker
I'm a team players. I enjoy training people and have trained more than 5 of them. I love to be acknowledged on the things that I do it keeps me motivated to want to do best. I love pressure cause it grooms me. I have learned to be patient with colleagues as we do not have the same background
Pros: Share ideas. The company grooms you to be a better somebody, have the best equipment to do the job

Exellent learning curve
A typical work day started from 08:00 am and I made sure I reach targets I planned my day accordingly.the relationship with coworkers was exellent we assisted each other where need be.I learnt how to work on their system.what I enjoyed most is that I learnt something new each day.the most challanging aspect of the job was when we had to multitask but I enjoyed it as I managed to do it.

Tough but Rewarding
Working at Aurecon Has been a tough but Rewarding experience. Aurecon has a great atmosphere and a spirit of teamwork. I started off at Aurecon in 2008 as CAD drafter doing FNB branches. With much assistance from fellow staff I learned a lot but quickly Realized that Revit is the way to go and Did my first Training in 2012. After some many headaches I understood Revit. This led to my involvement great Projects. I have had the privilege of travailing to Dubai to work on the Calatrava Tower. I did Lighting and Power (Revit) for 80 Ann Street based in Australia. I have done some Malls up in Africa. The Jobs are all unique and have a verity for challenges, but the greatest is time. I spent many nights reworking because of architect changes. The consulting engineering industry is so diver and offer so much room to learn, I have done several Mechanical Revit Project in Revit and eve tried out Structures.

Hard working , accurate work and a fast pase
a typical work day will include me capturing data that is on hard copy and processing data to work with . I have a good relationship with my team and the people around me . I have learnt that team work and time planning is very important when it comes to producing the best work possible . I really enjoy the work environment with all the different type of people that I work with and interact with . the most challenging aspect would be getting the work done on time and as accurate as possible

Learning curve
I am a mature, reliable and accountable lady in the Accounting profession looking to enhance my career and talents in Accounting I still have a great deal to learn in all spheres within the Accounting profession. In the short term, I would like to expand, get a lot of experience and gain greater exposure in both the theoretical and practical aspects of the profession. In the long term, I intend applying such knowledge in an efficient and effective manner, to obtain and maintain a positive outcome. I would like myself to be considered as an investment and asset to the company I am employed with. And, as with any investment, would like to see myself grow with the company through the enhancement of its reputation and expansion of its clientele.
