Im a fast learner willing to go out of my way to help my colleagues
I have extensive experience in all of my duties and have acquired various skills and have a proven ability to work with a broad spectrum of people at all levels. Over the past years I have performed the duties as Office administrator and Receptionist at ... My responsibilities ranged from answering Switchboard, Welcoming and greet incoming clients and suppliers, Organizing office of the Manager, Receiving Mails and capturing on the systems, Procurement of stationery and office refreshments, responsible of office maintenance, Travel flight bookings, arrange transport and accommodation for staff, responsible of boardroom bookings and parking for the clients, and other office duties. I am also vibrant, highly motivated hard working and dedicated individual, who shows initiative in solving problems and seeing tasks through to completion. I am a great communicator, team player, loyal, confident and assertive. I do my best to deliver extra-ordinary service and in turn to contribute to be an asset.

Cons: Working hours are from 7-5 they don't take care of their workers financially no bonus gets given to staff

Short courses fro career enhancement
Working as a proposal coordinator is exiting , it provided me with an exposure and the bigger picture of business world. What i like is that we work as a team collaborate with marketign and the rest of business internally. There are challenging moments especially dealing with external clients which are sensitive etc. but what i like is that we overcome the situation as team. Other challenging part of my job is that there are times where client demand impossible request from the company , hence i mentioned on the above statement that at the end of the day the solution will be aligned and retrieve solution for our clients, tHIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH collaboration

Excelent
I am a good respectful person, enjoy working as a team but even individually, the challenge I got in my current job is when we attend the community meetings always a headache, I don't choose which project I'm working on I want to learn all the project how they operate at my current company. what I like most is my colleagues together with management are easily to approach. we work as a family.

Hard working , accurate work and a fast pase
a typical work day will include me capturing data that is on hard copy and processing data to work with . I have a good relationship with my team and the people around me . I have learnt that team work and time planning is very important when it comes to producing the best work possible . I really enjoy the work environment with all the different type of people that I work with and interact with . the most challenging aspect would be getting the work done on time and as accurate as possible

I was able to build good working relationship with client resulting to good feedback. work well in a diverse environment. I enjoy working in Aurecon even though we don't get enough time to interact with one another as we are always on our toes to keep our work up to date and keep our clients happy. now that's what makes me tick as an individual. I maintain positive attitude towards my work. I'm very helpful and willing to learn and seeks for new opportunities.

What i do on a daily basis
I'm a team player, and I enjoy helping others and solving problems. I love to get busy scanning. I hate it when people bring drawings to be scanned @ the last hour of the day, cause I plan on what to do on a daily basis

Excellent learning curve
Aurecon Consulting is an great company to work at , you get to work with a diverse group o people and gain a lot of work experience with all the task you are assigned to. It is also a great company to grow within , my co-workers and I have a very good relationship and a good understanding of one another ,the most challenging aspect of the job is working with deadlines, however it keeps me motivated and driven.

Software experiences on Web, Mobile, Database, API as well as Automation Testing.
I work as a software test analyst since i started my career in software Testing. I have been exposed variety of software experiences from Web, Mobile, Database, API as well as Automation Testing. I have worked for 4 years in this role; however, i am confidently sure that i am the suitable candidate for this position as I have covered a lot due to rapid change i experienced where i worked and currently. I work quite well under pressure.I enjoy working with new challenges which helps me easily adapt to changes. I work well in a team and i take full responsibility on decision making related to my role where needed as i am a lead Test analyst.

Excellent accounting and corporate environment experience obtained
Excellent accounting and corporate environment experience obtained. Wonderful experience to have seen two South African Consulting Engineering firms merging with an Australian company to become 'Aurecon' in 2009. However, despite the above, limited scope for growth in the support services environment. it was also time to move on after 9 years with the company.
Pros: Large company; stability
Cons: Not much growth opportunities in support services
