Good company to work for
its 8am to 4.30pm shift, overtime not paid but given time off relationship with co workers ok because we have to work with each other long hours i have learnt a lot about micro finance

Wasting time
At Atlas Finance you have to teach yourself the system, be quick and careful with their long loan processing. They only care about their clients than employees, they always change their bonus structure making sure it's hard to reach, especially if the employees always reach it. And you will never have lunch time at Atlas Finance, because you work for 3 people and they know. it is impossible to finish the daily task. The only thing they do for employees is study opportunity, which you only have 1day to decide if you are applying or not. we work because we need to, to survive.

Cons: long working hours, no lunch and tea time, no off days, overload work.

Excellent working curve and working under pressure
Every morning we start with the short meeting discussion of the target for the day and how many loans we must do.Everyt one of us have to have the same amount of clients,I enjoyed working as a team to achieve our goal.Trying to balance the amount of loans it's difficult.

Learning curve
Its a great company's but there is still a lot that needs to be done in the managent all the people that are in the higher position is white people actually there is no growth within the company that is why I'm currently looking for better opportunities of the companies that I can grow

Target driven
It has gotten to a point were I'm not happy with the lack of growth and the fact that sometimes when you reach your target market but you don't reap the rewards,it is said that happy staff produces fruitfull results,I'm willing to learn if given new opportunities and grow myself in a company I've worked in a training branch when I first started at atlas training new branch manager's n consultancies but at the end of the day they got paid more than you and received more than you.I've enjoyed meeting new people from all walks of life and that feeling you get when someone comes back and tells you that they have belt a new house or took their kids to school with the money you loaned them.

Excellent learning curve
It is a great opportunity to hone in my sales and admin skills. great training and support provided by senior and more experienced agents. have had a awesome time with the company and would advises others to work there for the experience.
