To work at Atlas is good because we working as a team even though we are on separate departments,Yes sometimes we don't see eye to eye but at the end we reach our target as a team, Sometimes the manager will talk unprofessionally with staff but after work we sit down and share our views for that day and come up with solutions so that everyone feel happy at work.
Pros: It great working for Atlas because I have gained experience on how to work or talk to customers and also that when you work you must also teach others on what you have e.g skill,because you can never know everything in this world
Cons: Working hours was good because I can have time for my family

Great platform for experience
My name is Timbela Molosi Oh wow I don't even know where to start the branch that I'm working in what a great bunch of craziest nice people .we are one of the busiest branches is all atlas branches we have 173 branches but we the biggest and our target is the largest we are the moving train unbeatable we get along no office gossip nothing we joke about everything we don't know the pressure and stress .I got so excited when I think about how nice it is to work with my team

I got passion on working with numbers
I got a potential to unleash my skills in a company tgat will need my services in asstisting them and maintaining the lead of its trend amongst other company's. A good team relationship always brings good performance as well as time management. Working with numbers is my passion

Im a hard workinf lady who is always willing to learn and grow in the company
Working at my current company is exiting and at times hard but I manage to be and do my best at all times ,we deal mostly with new and existing clients giving them loan and we also collect on a daily bases and call our overdue clients that d not pay their accounts ,we also send out finally reminders and final demands to company's if the client defaults. General office admin work is also done everyday ,
Pros: we get to have the experience of working with people and learn not to be a recless lender
Cons: we work monday to saterday from 8 to 4 and saterday from 8 to 11

Good communication skills
Am ambitious hard working and very determined focused and self motivated with good communication skills and a team player At ATLAS FINANCE I was a sales consultant I was giving loans and also going debt collection and I had to control my errors So ATLAS FINANCE help me a lot more about sells

So interesting to work with the system and easy to find out what you want
I'm dedicated hard working person with a good customer service experience outstanding organisation planning and interpersonal skills with the ability to cope well as well as the team . I like working with people and also with the management team

My key skills include
have six years and seven months of experience in documentation scanning, payroll activities, ESS approving leave, loading of documentation on HR e.g. Warnings, hearings, counseling, performance reviews and interviews and answering telephones. I was recognized at Atlas Finance for my work ethic, where I have been employed as a Payroll & HR Administrator for six years and eight months since June 2014. I have five years’ experience working on VIP payroll and three-years’ experience working on People 300. My key skills include high attention to detail, the ability to run a payroll, and excellent telephone manner. I am also adept with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
