Great opportunity to grow and learn
My name is Ntswaki Mokoala.I was born 17 September 19911 at Limpopo MaShabela village.I am young single lady holding code 10's drivers license.I studied National Diploma in Internal Auditing at Vaal University of Technology.My career started at VUT as a Library assistance from 2013-2014.I was given an internship opportunity at Alexander Forbes from 2015-2016.I acquired experience and knowledge within Alexander Forbes.I was then employed as an Admin and Junior accounts within the company from 2016-2017.I am hardworking, I learn fast and I'm attention to detail.I have exposure in Pastel Bpo,Excell,Word and Chase software system.

I have build many relationships within the business at all levels and I thrive at that.. Creating value and adding a sense of purpose to my work. I believe that helping others get where they need to be in life and work is important and if I can change or influence one mind I believe that's a job well done

The pressure of working for one of the best in the industry always keep on my toas.
I am working for one of the best in the industry and I have gained huge experience working for this company. I have a great working spirit with my teammates and I also train new staff members. I enjoy working with people and figures and my challenges are obtaining information from third party in order to be inline with my deadlines. I have learned that there are no short cuts in life and you need to build relationships and maintain them as well. On a busy day there would be numerous deadlines on the day making you run around, however with experience now in place I know that some of the work than can be done and released before deadline date gets to be done and released.
Pros: Due to my commitment and professionalism, I have been promoted to senior fund accountant which is in the same line as team leader role.
Cons: I put the client first and at times I have to work long hours including weekends to meet the client's demands.

Learning curve
I enjoy what I do, the only reason for moving is for more growth. A typical work day is extremely busy, with lots of queries and calls, and lots of pressure especially at month end, I have however learnt to deal with this. I have a great relationship with my colleagues, we have a good relationship and we understand and assist each other. I work with a great team and I enjoy the way we work together. Month end cut off is the most challenging time for me.

Typical wok day manage queries from an inbox daily contact clients for clarity or to qualify leads allocate queries to financial planning that needs advice. check reviews if dated correctly Match unmatched records Re -code client --get request from different stakeholders assist manager to analyse complaints on a daily basis Relationship with Colleagues is good ,we maintain professionalism what I`ve learnt to do the minor job and do it to the best of your ability , study and empower yourself what I enjoy most is the culture the way things are done in my department we are flexible The most challenging aspects of the job: The most challenging is that you must stay focus at all times, it is easy to make a mistake.

Professional
I have outlined some background information about myself below. I am accustomed to a fast paced environment where dealings area priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is a requirement. I enjoy a challenge and work hard at attaining my goals. I am organized, extremely neat on my working environment; detailed orientated. I have the ability to identify and rectify problem areas and will not be set back by any difficulties. I am regarded as being presentable, enjoy working with a variety of people and have gained an advantage in excellent interpersonal skills by always being in a multi-racial working environment. This has also strengthened my communication skills, which enables me to communicate with people on all levels of employment. Excellent and professional experience
My company is very well recognised. We are target driven. Strive to meet SLA every time. I work under a very demanding and highly pressurized environment. I have learned a lot especially POPI, how to treat clients fairly and always putting our client first. I enjoy customer service, solving queries and communication. I also enjoying working with digits and compiling reports.

Excellent learning curve
Flexible working hours, 8 normal working hours per day. Great relationship with my co-workers, I have learnt the basic and insights of insurance as I studied Marketing and insurance was new to me. I enjoy knocking off and going home, I'm only there because of I have bills to pay. The challenge about my job is there is no financial nor personal growth

Ability to work in a high process environment
Growth at me previous company was slow. The opportunity to gain exposure to other process was not an option.my relationship with co-workers was ok i had no issues.i have learnt allot with regards to the different type of work processes Alexander forbes had compared to old mutual. Being exposed to two process flows from these two massive corporates was all positive as it only strengthened my abilities
