Im a hard worker self motivated, self starter, team worker

Working at Forbes has been best of my 4 years I have grown so much. such a great staff to work with, although is very busy at times but because of the skills that I have am able to work under pressure. I have learn so much as I started as an Receptionist, Switchboard now I was appointed as Facilities Coordinator, where I have to deal with the maintenances of the building and the contractors on a daily basis. I enjoy working on the facilities cause is very challenging at times as I love job that will take me out of my comfort zone. Dealing with the colleague and workers is very challenging at times where they really need things to be done on there own way.

Pros: We had a graet oppotunities of growth within the campony
Cons: Im willing to work long hours

Hard working

Background: I strongly believe that I will be well suited for this role as I am a hardworking individual with great relationship building abilities and a passion for people and their development. Over the last 10 years I have worked for a range of different organizations, developing and establishing a strong event and administration background. Learned so much

I PUT TOGETHER MVA DOCUMENTS FROM THE POLICE STATION (oar), HOSPITALS ( hospital records & invoices) AND TELEPHONE STATEMENT WHICH WE DO AT OFFICE THEN SUBIT THE FILE TO RAF TO BE PAID.I SOMETIMES REQUEST MVA HOSPITAL FILES THEN GO AND SCAN THEM. I ALSO ASSIST THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE RECEPTION WHEN EVER SHE GOES TO LUNCH OR WHEN IS ON LEAVE.

Pros: WELL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROMOTION IS JUST NOT THERE

Great opportunity for learning working conditions in the financial sector

-Very busy deadline driven in terms of monthly tasks -Daily tasks very unpredictable; although driven by tasks at hand like claims -Dealing with member enquiries not limited to own clients -Sound relationship with co-workers and assisting each other as best we could -The casual although professional atmosphere in the office

Looking forward to new challenges

the company is a large financial services organization. No two dats are ever the same. being in facilities more people know me than I know. I have a good relationship with co-workers, "clients" all staff in various buildings as well as management, of all levels. My learning is ongoing and everyday presents new challenges. I am very eager to learn and love that even though there are repetitive processes, there is always new challenges. Facilities is an exciting field to be in as the industry is constantly evolving. I'm really excited to see the total evolution of the industry.

Pros: inhouse facilites is vey exiting and close handle on operations
Cons: not haveing standard hours which could sometime require out of normal office hours call outs

Innovative environment

I look forward to being at work as I believe my services add value to the daily running of the business. My main daily responsibilities involve controlling,assessing and managing IT changes that are being implemented in our systems required to improve system performances and ensuring minimal business services impact. My team is united and work towards achieving common team goals and service excellence. In this FSP industry,there is a vast amount of core applications needed by the business and daily managed and maintained by our IT team. I am on a daily basis learning the function of each application as I deal with the requested changes to the systems, that brings out the excitement in me for gaining new knowledge which will equip me in better assessment of RFCS. The most challenging part in me being in this department is sticking strictly to the rules and processes as this often create resistence to adherence of the processes by the change requesters.
