This is an excellent learning curve. I have a learnt so much

As the number of workers given above reveals how challenging the work is but that is what I enjoy most and even my fellow colleagues do believe in me, because they know I believe what has been started should be done. The most challenging part is dealing with people who do not have passion of what they are doing then that is when I take further action about that individual but in a correct manner. I really enjoy being a quality controller.

Excellent

Working hours are between 8 and half hour and more, with a minimum of 350 staff reporting under, rations hip with is a typical manager to staff, coach, guide, desciplene, whare need be, I enjoy cooking de most and sharing ideas.

Pros: Small opportunity for promotion
