It was challenging
It was a bit challenging at first because I didn’t know any thing about logistics,but they trainee was good to make sure that I understood everything in the inventory fast. And because I wanted to learn everything I did manage to master everything they taught me in that department of hospitality.

Excellent learning curve
my normal day at work is realky tiring and long, but beneficial at the same time because you get to learn new things each day, one of those things is patience and concentration.

Good working experience
-just random working days -relationship with workers -working over time hours -comprises to cover other shifts if the releases cannot make it to work.

Growing in industry
Working at the current company is good the past 3years I have worked with the company I have grown on a personal and professional level you get to interact with people from different background with different qualifications. I have learnt to work in a team .

its a great company to work for,its treats it staff like family,the give you a chance to learn in the field in which you studied for.they have great mentors that guide you.each day there an opportunity to learn and improve on what you learn.

When I get to the office I have to make sure that my stuff is ready to produce.
The company deals with the movement of the goods from one place to another, it's primary is to move people and cargoes from different places in the country, even though we sometimes so Cross boader when we have clients in other countries.

I am a friendly person. Not afraid to ask if I need assistance. Deadline orientated and enjoy working with figures and solving queries, be it suppliers or colleague.

Growing with the company
Workinga as quality controller is the most career that i have ever enjoyed, dealing with people and having to learn different characters and how to aproach them has made me to realise that i like working with them. I have gained a skill in both verbal and writting communication where i have to deal with document, communicating with supplies and inside employees. It has been most challenging to correct people who are old enough to be my mother but as i gained the skill of aproach, i am now managing to do so.
