Excellent learning curve
A typical day at work would be to greet and listen attentively to the customers needs then proceed with the order, I also make sure that the customer is satisfied with my service. We keep things simple and professional at work with my co-workers. I've learnt about teamwork, consistency, hardworking, being independent and confidence. Meeting and greeting different cultures fro local and international. I also enjoy learning different languages and the types of traditional foods. So I don't have much obstacles at my work place Well I think the challenge is that there is no growth and with that said I enjoy something that challenges my intellectual thinking.

FINANCE EXPERIENCE
I am a friendly person. Not afraid to ask if I need assistance. Deadline orientated and enjoy working with figures and solving queries, be it suppliers or colleague.

Pressure
Time management is always the key I have learned to handle pressure as we would run late almost everyday which lead us to increase working, work as team, to recover the time lost

I have learned to work with lot of people at the same time under my supervision
al. I also plan and approve leave days, capture daily weekly and monthly hours and send them to payroll, compile shift report and handover to next shift. if delays have occurred during my shift a detailed report is required and corrective actions in order to avoid same thing. I sit on disciplinary hearings aI manage about 45 drivers per shift (depending on shift) I plan drivers rooster as well as drivers flight schedule a day before (using SAP). On the day (during shift) I dispatch trucks and provide teams (drivers) with accurate destination so that they don't get lost and minimise late arrival. I also plan and approve leave days, capture daily weekly and monthly hours and send them to payroll, compile shift report and handover to next shift. if delays have occurred during my shift a detailed report is required and corrective actions in order to avoid same thing. I sit on disciplinary hearings as a chairperson when requested.s a chairperson when requested.
Pros: working in the aviation industry but still maintain the core transport and logistics as well as supply chain processes
Cons: there is no knock off time because anything can happen and the shift will just continue for 8 more hours

This is an excellent learning curve. I have a learnt so much
As the number of workers given above reveals how challenging the work is but that is what I enjoy most and even my fellow colleagues do believe in me, because they know I believe what has been started should be done. The most challenging part is dealing with people who do not have passion of what they are doing then that is when I take further action about that individual but in a correct manner. I really enjoy being a quality controller.

Great company to start your career in
It it is a great company if you are starting a career. You get to understand the working industry and obtain some few skills along the way. Challenges would be you can't voice out your opinions or have any suggestions. He best part of the company is the employee

Excellent learning curve
The company at which Iam working for is very good company but salary wise we are not getting enough salary cause we work for 12 hours. I have learnt that to socialize very well with my colleagues and to think out of the box when a situation arises I enjoy the food we eat and meeting almost new faces all the time I arrive at work Time is a great factor and also a great factor because if we work slow then aircraft's will be delayed so it's a must that we must work fast but smart .

I am self motivated,hard working,goal driven individual who adapt to changing condition ,I am willing to grow wider in terms of knowledge through an organisation that will let me utilize my experience in completing the jobs and serve as an assets to the company.
