Good listiner and quick learner
I have been with the company for 4 years 9 months i came in as a driver then there was a vacant post in operations i applied went for an interview and it was a success. The thing i enjoy about my job it gives me challenges everyday i get to learn different kind of thing from the finance induatry that i am on we deal with clients capturing documents billing them on sap system.in our office we work one person per shift i have 3 of my collegues who happen to be female i like working with them. And the challenges i come across with sometimes os when it a stock take when we closing the books and calculating the monthly revenue sometimes we encounter problems in the systems stock not ballancing maybe we have more on the floor and less on the system but we always work around wit figures that what i liike

Excellent experience and learnibg curve
Airchefs company has taught me a lot when it comes to cooking an service delivery. They have courses to help us up our skills and help us grow in the company. I have grown with them to learn ethics in a work placement because we meet new different characters every day of our lives and we need to adjust to those characters.
Pros: No promotions in the company
Cons: Ling working hours and the work load is too much

This is an excellent learning curve. I have a learnt so much
As the number of workers given above reveals how challenging the work is but that is what I enjoy most and even my fellow colleagues do believe in me, because they know I believe what has been started should be done. The most challenging part is dealing with people who do not have passion of what they are doing then that is when I take further action about that individual but in a correct manner. I really enjoy being a quality controller.

I self motivated,hard working,goal driven individual who adapt to changing condition,I am willing to grow wider in terms of knowledge through an organisation that will let me utilize my experience in completing jobs ans serve as an assets to the company.

Excellent learning curve
The company at which Iam working for is very good company but salary wise we are not getting enough salary cause we work for 12 hours. I have learnt that to socialize very well with my colleagues and to think out of the box when a situation arises I enjoy the food we eat and meeting almost new faces all the time I arrive at work Time is a great factor and also a great factor because if we work slow then aircraft's will be delayed so it's a must that we must work fast but smart .

ISO 22000 system and food safety control
Airchefs is a very big catering company in south Africa and is a subsidiary company South African Airways situated at Jet park. It is a great honour to work at airchefs because I have gain a lot of experience. Monitoring all the production processes from receiving until dispatch its hectic because I have to deal with staff that have a different attitude. When there is audit its always a pressure especially in quality assurance department

Excellent leaning curve
I have worked for a dairy company for more than 5 years. The 6 months that i have worked in a catering company as a QA Team leader has taken me out of my comfort zone. I have learnt a lot, there is a lot of pressure as food cycles changes on daily basis and there is more people that I interact with. Conducting and compyling supplier audit reports is one of the things that I enjoy about my job.

Excellent learning curve, great company
My standard day to day work is. Is to monitor my shift. Make sure that all the needed data is being recorded. Make sure that all the working stations are filled at are working properly. Make sure that flight leaves base correctly and on time. Monitor inbound flights, if they came back with the correct equipment. Make daily logistics reports and than start preparing for the following day. The most challenging time for me is when a flight doesn't have enough equipment for it to leave base on time. Because that will mean the company will be fined for service failure, which is not good. Another challenge that I face is dealing with rude co-workers, people have different moods an personalities, so I make sure I keep claim at all times because flighting is not fruitful and I developed a thick skin, so that I am not easily shaken.
Pros: There are great opportunities for me to be promoted
Cons: I normally work longer days and longer hours than an supposed to.

Excellent and recommended for a n HOD position in stores
Excellent work relationship with subordinates and the client. Has learnt that when coming to wastage we need to reduce it not just over order and dump stock. Have also learnt how to monitor and control expenditures and raise alarm about any suspicious movement or action pertaining to stock.
Pros: You get to learn about different control measusres one could use even on private company.
Cons: long working hours and frequent call in the night while at home alos over the weekends.
