I had a good relationship with management and co-workers

I have gained a lot of experience in different environment which I believe has made me a better person. I can fit into any environment and sector. I have learnt how to work with all kinds of people. I have acquired skills in customers liaison and team work. I am self driven and self motivated, and high in detail. I am able to work under pressure and i execute instructions efficiently.

Good learning experience

AEL has not just given me a job, but an opportunity to study academically, I just accomplished a diploma in production management through AEL study assistance, the support is good but I need more exposer outside AEL.

Wireman licecense still on my plan

I have 1-3 years as an electrical artisan and my duties are maintenance and faulty finding o tje mmu . Im also working around the mines as a field electrician.

Learning brings growth

Am focused on my work and love to learn. I was responsible for handling calls and surveillance. I work as an operator in a control room responsible for safety for the whole plant. Do reports daily and work with stake holders. Record details on excellent. My major work is emergency service related with all managers. Working in shifts doing correct handovers takeover which relationship is good with all workers. I enjoyed to see people attended with speed and full attention saving life. I leant to love people to perform well in my duties. The most challenge was making sure all developments are applied from day one and deliver
