Learning brings growth
Working in a control room responsible for handling emergency calls was a great time engagement with clients. Taking call and responding to the scene of accident was communited in a speed of one ability to save life. Written reports daily and work with stake holders

Working envoronment
The working environment and atmosphere is fine. I'm tolerant by nature, I have discovered that my tolerance is way beyond. I also get a compliment from fellow colleagues that I understand human behaviour and deal with it very well, that is something that I was not aware of .
Pros: my manager is a macro manager, he gives instructon or task and let me run with it.
Cons: limited career growth

I have achieved few certificates
AEL is a grooming company with good benefits. just left cause I wanted to learn more curves and fields of better opportunities.if I were to be given other chance to go back I would not since management is very rude and have favourites.
Pros: was promoted to quality controller
Cons: it's only a 8 hours but shift work

Excellent career opportunity
A great organisation with a lot of opportunities.There are pockets of excellence,such as the Strategic Sourcing movement.In terms of innovation,a lot of emphasis is spent on R&D and automation.However,pockets of backwardness also exists.Bureacracy is on the rise and it is proving to be very counterproductive.There is also a low morale issue after several restructuring within a short space of time.The insecurity,rigid systems and tough mining sector economy have impacted negatively on the business and its culture.

Growth and sharing experiences
Encouraging people to have positive behaviour towards safety and see the importance , I enjoy making different in people's life and organisation, implementing new systems and share experiences with others. enforce the implementation and compliance to legal requirements

Great opportunity for learning
I got an opportunity to work under supplier quality assurance officers and quality assurance officers., where I learned a lot about quality assurance. I assisted them with a lot of projects which gave me a bit of experience in the quality assurance that I can use to further my career. when you n one mentor, you get to learned a lot from different people and observe different ways to work. from all that I adapted my own way to do certain things.

Cons: taking interns every year without creating vacancies for them within the department

AEL Intelligent Blasting
AECI comprises of five pillars, namely Mining solutions, Water and Process, Plant and Animal health, Food and Beverage and Chemicals. We make up a total of 17 companies and 7908 employees. AEL Intelligent Blasting has contributed to 52% of the AECI’s total revenue during 2017. We produce over 80 000 tons of explosives every year. Apart from developing, producing and supplying explosives, we also produce the latest generation initiating systems for blasting operations. Our department has a diversity of different administrators and different customers. The team consists of local-, spares- and export administrator all with different personalities, work ethics. I want to improve in my current job and get diversity in other areas to broaden my own skill set and be an asset to any company. Understanding the importance of each role will provide me with the necessary incites of the specific job demands and assist employees to adjust and meet those demands.
