Great working environment

A lot to learn in business industry. How to handle different customers and how to make certain that they are happy for whatever they pay for. Always provide th he best service.

I've learned a lot like troubleshooting over call with customers also doing PDP for IT support

Dealing with different customers angry and happy. First call resolution by identifying de problem before hand. Deloveped listining skills and I'm proved troubleshooting skills by working with different collegues. Team work is very important to me. Having access to internet to learn new technology 3G, 4G and LTE also advanced

It was a challenging and educating experience

i really enjoyed working for Aegis. I got an experience of both inbound and outbound. their training was excellent and was exposed in interacting with a lot of people

Less growth

The company is not bad for a student straight from secondary school, however I would say the campaign I work for, is not fit for a person with responsibilities as there isn't enough growth nor is there any benefits. Personally, I am grateful for all the experience gained in the company, but they should consider charging their salary structure.

Im looking for new job

I was hired by bidair but im working under comair the airline, where i board passege on the fligh, fill in paper work, check if the looking is oky, check if the are che ked in,

Fast learner and like exploring things

my company is one off the large outsourcing business that teats everyone equal,you can grow in the company but it will take you a while.Salary on my side its not good at all because this can change at any given time i feel it is an environment for school leaver.But after all it thought me team work including working under pressure

Good company

I have done a certificate in computers and management and also bachelor degree in commerce and management. I have a 4 year experience working as a customer care consultant were my responsibilities were explaining customers invoices, logging disputes and resolving them at the same time and also cancelling customers account

I am no longer working there I left on the 7th of May 2019, I push harder to success.

I was doing customer service, troubleshooting devices, bill explainations and advisor. Was dealing with happy customers and angry customers, data capturing and admin

Pros: I work hard and forget about rest
Cons: I love working till late
