My background includes as working on a customer service associate within both call center and retail environment giving me skills and abilities to work with many different people and I could fit in any team. Mostly I worked in a customer service where my responsibilities include handling customers billing matters like explaining their invoices, issuing refunds and logging disputes. I am a conscientious who works very hard and pay attention to every detail. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new and eager to learn from others. I have a proven track record of responsibilities and commitment to company objectives. I’m am comfortable in working independently or as part of the team and i also have good communication skills. Working in a hostile country
A typical work day starts at 0500 in the morning of to the car park to make sure all the vehicles get on task and there are no unforeseen brake downs that could delay the daily mission on hand. Talk to the team leaders on the ground to make sure there are no problems with the vehicles and to plan ahead if there is a problem. It is a hostile environment and you learn to think on your feet and to react accordingly, I enjoyed the camaraderie among my co workers it is like one big family. The most challenging of the work is to stay in budget and make sure you on target considering the environment you work in.

AEGIS have helped me a lot with the experience but I feel like it's time to go for greener pastures.i haven't grow for t past 2 years and I work very hard but still no growth

Exciting Industry
Brilliant learning curve as this environment taught me a great deal of Travel and Tourism Industry and how its important to deliver excellent customer service. -Builds confidence -Communication Skills -Listening Skills -Working in a team and working with your team in handling problems -Pro-active working environment I mostly enjoyed making our clients happy throughout the calls and listening to their excitement regarding planning these holidays.

Less growth
The company is not bad for a student straight from secondary school, however I would say the campaign I work for, is not fit for a person with responsibilities as there isn't enough growth nor is there any benefits. Personally, I am grateful for all the experience gained in the company, but they should consider charging their salary structure.

Good stepping stone

I am a hardworking graduate (Diploma in Network Management in Information Technology)
I am a hardworking graduate (Diploma in Network Management in Information Technology) who just completed his studies from The IIE Rosebank College. The reason I studied this is because of how we as people are advancing technologically, managing of data, love is creation of systems and we have to adapt as the world is changing. I have also noticed how information technology brings about change and growth in the business making it more innovative and adaptive. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to created a website, manage database table and also create a virtual system. I had the privilege of learning how to create, manage, retrieve and updating data in a computer systems
