Excellent experience for mobile sales

not stressful compared to most contact centers. most leaders know what is expected of them. there is a lot of room for growth if one works hard and is determined. people are understanding and there is caring towards all employees no matter the level. there are ups and downs that all companies go through however if we did not get retrenched there would be a lot of employees who would grow and make a success out of the business and their careers.

Good relationship with co workers, good working environment, great manangers. The company offers in service traibg to your desired department hence there is great opportunity for growth.

Excellent customer service skills

I am a hard working confident and goal oriented person, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure on my own as well as in a team. I show a broad mind and a sense of initiative as well as compliance to regulations. I would like to explore opportunities within your organization and would like to pursue a position that will offer me the chance to exploit my skills and abilities whilst also giving me the opportunity to learn more and apply the newly acquired skills.

Call center inviroment Multicultural inviromnet. Easy going people. Learnt alot these passed years. Its a good learning curve. Learnt alot about internet and computers

Interesting in learning new skills and has good communication skills.

Like learning new skills, i am a fast learner, excellent communication skills, can work well with others and individually. Can work very well under pressure and i always give myself the opportunity to learn from others.

start work at 7H00 . we deal with customer from telkom. they have different queries from not understanding their bills to wanting a breakdown of thei contracts.
