Excellent learning curve

I have learnt all of my skill within call centres, customer service, client management and sales at Aegis. I am currently heading 70 employees, 6 Team managers and support staff such as QA and training in the department. Mentoring and leadership of the team managers and providing them with strategic solutions should any issues arise in terms of performance against client metrics such as SLA. I am a passionate and hardworking team player who believes that people will follow you if your leadership style walks the talk. I have an amazing relationship with all my people including the consultants. I enjoy working with people and interacting with them on a daily basis is my passion.

Excellent work environment

Within the company i have learned jow to deal with different peoples personality and at all times to always put myself in their shoes within any queries they come across. There is growth in the company whenever you believe in yourself and do the best in your job. I also work very well with my team as well as independently.

Great expoture to international clients

The customer has given me an opportunity to grow and work in different department. This has broadened my understanding of the call centre and outsourcing industry. I have had an opportunity to work in a different province and interact with different departments in different geographical locations. I have acquired different skills through the years and have grown from both personally and career wise. I have been given opportunities to interact with all department recruitment, training, MIS, WFT and executive teams. Working in a UK sales campaign means we deal with different objections, mainly the difference in culture and accent.

The company if worked for went out of business. i feel undervalued in my current role. i am looking for a new challenge. i want a job with better career growth opportunitiescustomer service ,technical support or billing CRm System

Troubleshoot, customer service

Dear sir/madam Hope you well. I work as a Technical self service agent at aegis global under the Telkom mobile compain,where I assist customers to Troubleshoot there routers,computers, laptops ,Adroid and Apple phones. The job is challenging as u work with different and difficult customers but I manage at the end of the day to assist them.my company has a summary of my work or job performance every month and I alway manage to have good grades. My job thought me to deal with difficult situations and handle them as well as to deal with difficult and different people.as for Troubleshooting basic Network I master that.

Good learning curve

Ensuring that all employees are present at work. Ensure that the employees arrive on time. Provide employees with the necessary tools to perform their daily responsibilities. Provide employees with the latest update to consider when working. Give motivation and lead. Coaching all agent. Monitor daily performance. Create reports for my team. Share statistics with all agents to track performance.

Excellent listening skills

It's stressful but fun. Having a sense of humor helps a lot as one gets to ease the situation and put the customers in a more comfortable state. Another feature that has assisted me so far is having a ear and being patient.

Pros: Get to have a conversation with the customers while selling a product to them
Cons: Long hours can be strenuous

Excellent learning experience

Call centre company. Dialing and calling customers and upgrading them to flight extras. U.K. Company. Colleagues are great to work with, no room for growth.

We work in a stressful environment but it helps to remain calm and focus

The call centre is a stressful environment but being assertive and calm make it all easy as client calling needs answers and deal with the issue so as not to confuse or make empty promises
