It has many opportunities and they gave you a chance to do what u believe you can achieve .they are patient n passionate about the work they do.they love people and care for them.they do it as if its more than just a job. They work as a team in what they do including us technical helpers to achieve one goal which is to help people.

Under utilised
A typical day at the office is just ok. No opportunities to learn new things. Innovation is not encouraged. The environment is not healthy for someone who wants his skills to be utilised to the fullest.

I am a good listerner and can execute my duties diligently
I can execute my duties diligently, I have gained extensive knowledge in handling the conflict resolution. I have gained extensive knowledge and can handle pressure. I have obtained my BAdmin Degree in 1998 and can implement the theory in collaboration with my practice. I can escalate the problems as and when unable to solve them with immediate effect. I have also learned how to do the filing electronically for the retrieval of my line manager during my absence. I have organised the conferences Nationally and Internationally. I can be an asset in the company and can work effectively and efficiently as I am a hard worker. I have also acquired the following skills, interpersonal, communication, protocol, listening and project management. I can maintain confidentiality at all times

Exciting opportunity
I met my mentees once a week to catch up, find out how they are coping. Building relationship took some time but eventually they came around. I learnt that being a leader does not entail telling people how to do things but helping them find solutions themselves. Challenging aspect was getting them to open up during group session S.

A beautifully diverse environment for growth
Beautifully diverse environment for growth in both cultural and intellectual terms. I like the e-learning environment. Doing outreach to schools or present to schools at various exhibitions has further enhanced my ability to work in teams and reach out to those in need of the information to make critical decisions regarding their careers. The outreach teams are so diverse in race, culture and geographic location that one always looks forward to meeting people from different countries.
Pros: Great opportunity for international networks
Cons: quite demanding in terms of time yet less commensurate compensation

Well organized department
I am responsible for supervising students as they perform their experiments in the laboratory. I also mark practical reports and tutorials. I have good working relationship with my colleagues as we easily swap shifts to accommodate academic assessments. A practical is 3 hours, I supervise one practical a week, A tutorial has similar hours. I have learnt the importance of being prepared for my students. I enjoy being able to help students understand what they have already learnt in class and putting it into application. I also enjoy teaching good laboratory skills and practices to help them get good results. The most challenging aspect is not always knowing the cause of a bad result, thus being unable to assist the student in rectifying it.

I am a hard working person who is willing to develop my career and learn every day
my duties include general administration work making sure that the venue is neat and usable when there is test and exam handling and caring of tests and exam question paper to the venue before and after test and exam attending to students with general questions. my working relationship with co-workers is good as we respect each other. i have learn a lot since 2010 eg. how to handle students from different background, culture and interacting with them. i enjoy moving around the venue while the test or exam is process. The most challenging aspect of invigilating is when you caught students who are cheating and write a report about it.the other challenge is that you must have concrete evidence that the student was cheating
Pros: i think the chance of getting promoted are slim because we work on part time basis only if there is test or examination
Cons: it depend on the length of the paper

I've learnt a lot about science from this institution.
This institution sticks to its rules and regulation. It was a fun experience i had, i mostly enjoyed being at organic chemistry labs. The work load is only factor which challenged me
