Great learning environment

Teamwork is number 1. Traveling and doing everything in our power to reach targets. In order to bring results we need to have a great working environment and there's respect in the environment. Tell customers nothing but the truth honesty and integrity

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

Got experience in sales.

Working at the unlimited was absolutely fun, going to work in a good mood and starting our day off on a good note but it was definitely stressful at times. I got along with everyone I worked with, everyone was always so helpful. I actually learned a lot in the short amount of time I was there for example I learned to slow down when I speak and always smile over the phone to sound pleasant. What I enjoyed the most was going to work in the morning, we would sing and see who did well the day before. What I hated the most was the pressure they put on us.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in sales.
Cons: Working on a Saturday

Iam very hard working person who adapt things very easy friendly, bubble, pantual and too active

The company is a very good company who motivates us and shift peoples life they make sure that you reach your goal to make your dreams come true. The excitement and vibe in the office make us enjoy what we are doing having a great attitude so we can build a relationship. The mananger and business partners aswell as the agants we like the family motivates each other because the company was all about building your own office. What ibe learn os to work with people show them how it done , you dont tell them you show them how it done. The most thing i enjoyed alot in the environment is to push each other buy motivating everyone who is running for promotion tge vibe and excitment leads us to good results hold each others accountable. The challenge ive come across is to recruit people train them show them how it done but they decided to leave because they dont believe in their selfs

Pros: The promotions and growth
Cons: Working my 8 hours correctly

Good Experince

I have enjoyed working at the unlimited all the people where very nice. I enjoyed working with my trainer Ayesha she has taught me a lot infract she is a legend of unlimited. she always used to help me and solve all problems. the environment was very nice there are good and bad days during the bad days I shouldn't give up I just kept going cause at the end hard work pays off I learnt how to speak to customers and deal their concerns I enjoy the most is the team work and the way certain people are so friendly the most challenging [art is when customers ask questions and we have to deal with it properly

Pros: Hard work pays off
Cons: 8 to 7

Not bad, the truth is I am just doing this to hear myself up before returning to Ops.

I was selected as one of Unlimited future leaders in just two months being at the firm. We went to a leadership conference where I contributed a lot on new management techniques meant to improve and influence and bring about results within the work place. It's a fun environment to work in. Not as fun as Ops. But still it's fun.

Pros: Amazing opportunity for growth.
Cons: It's OKay.

No basic salary

It was very exciting at first, until i got told when i can go to the bathroom and being looked after like a baby. The environment was great but waking up every single morning like you think you are going to school felt horrible.I am looking for a company that i can grow with and just earn a basic salary.I was working from 6am in the mornings to about 7pm at night and i am married tho so there is no social life.

Pros: great opportunity but no basic
Cons: Long hours,no basic, get treated like school kids

Great learning curve

Meeting new people and places regularly, has been very exciting. But being on the road mostly means not having a personal life. Great exposure to phenomenal selling skills. Training others to be as good as possible has been rewarding.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours
