Amazing work environment. Great culture
We have a unique culture this allows us to lead in an exciting way.i have an excellent relationship with my Coworkers we all work together to achieve great results. I enjoy most about working for my organisation is theme days. we able to relax have a bit of fun before the weekend while still carrying out our daily functions. I would say the most challenging aspects of my job would be multi tasking as I often have to do many functions at the same time, However I have learnt time management skills which has helped me in the last few months.

Excellent skill set for sales foundation
A Sales environment which was target driven & performance based, with monthly sales quotas to achieve. All my challenges were faced with enthusiasm to achieve my goals in order to earn commission. I was consistently earning incentives overrides for making target and deadlines. This high pressure position offered a lot of growth to my sales and work ethics skills set. Achievements: > I qualified for the Sales Manual within 5 weeks of employment which contributed to my sales skill set which lead to my trainer promotion. Once I completed my trainer production, I qualified for the trainer manual and taught and trained new trainees thus duplicating the businesses trial and tested sales methods to maximise sales.

Excellent planning, results oriented and motivated
I am an excellent team player who thrives on collaborating with diversely talented team , and integrates their divergent thoughts, opinions and perspectives into meaningful action. Tough learning curve
It was made to sound so rosy and easy during training but all promises were soon forgotten once one went live on the dialler. Although it is a great vibe, one soon realises its not as easy as it is made out to be.

Execellent learning opportunity and an eye openner
Nwork place is a high enrgy work place. Working hours are long but rewarding. I have a good working relationship with co workers and they were very helpful each and everyday. I have learnt how to do the sales job amd be able to develop people skills at which I learnt how to talk and build rapport with people who cant see me. I have learnt to to be patient and develop a thick skin. What I enjoyed most was tthe team buildings and the actual job and the environment. Morning meetings were always a pick up . Most challenging aspect of the job wis to be able to keep my mind clear of a negative call amd also brushing off an unproductive day,also just just to stay positive but there is also a way I have learnt from the company as to how to deal with that.a typical work day

New Project Experience
It was a new project that I have never worked on before, good experience in an exciting department and a very self management industry. Enjoyed hour at gym with colleagues. Had a very good relationship with co-workers. Everyone will mind their work no one micro managed any juniors employees. Most challenging part of my project was very analytic and needed attention to details.
