Handled all customer service complaints, refunds and questions.received about 88-110 boxes of new stock( luggage, handbags..)everyday. Receiting stock and making sure that everything is according to what you have on hand and should be same as the invoice and if it doesn't match,have to call head first before continuing. I enjoyed side walk sale because that's when we get to drive our sales and selling out and receiving sample. Good relationship with owners but when the business is slow then that's when they'll be hard on you. I've learned that if you know your products and know how to convince a customer you sell like you the only one in the store.

I Have become a leader - thank you!
I have become a leader at the House of Busby and have loved every minute. I am caple of developing strong relationships with both our internal and external customers. And I strive do drive a culture of partnership with our service providers.
Pros: Complex business model that keeps you at stretch and demands performance improvement daily
Cons: I have not really had any bad experience other than a recent instability with regard to top leadership. I wish the new management well and am confident they will take the organisation to the next level

Good working experience, the people and a great opportunity to learn within the business.
Today would be different from the next day. The workload always kept me on my feet which enabled me to work under under alot of pressure. I've managed to learn all the different aspects within the HR Department from HR Adminstration to Recruitment, being able to chair a disciplinary hearing and finding better ways to conduct Recruitment within the business. The
Pros: Great learning curve and great experience within the HR department
Cons: Long hours from time to however I think if the business would be more effective if things were paperless and more electronic

No growth
i like the people work work that reports to me as i have a good Under standing with them, I have gained lots of experience and knowledge of how a warehouse should operate, What i enjoy most is how the whole operation comes together from point A to the end. Dealing with people sorting out there queries and issues

Excellent Place to Understand your perceived limits and push through
I have lovd working at The house of Busby. I have expecially loved being part of a team and leading a team. I enjoyed teh pressure and the ability to keep myself at stretchve loved every minute of being here! I have grown and learnt and discovered that I am most comfortable leading a diverse driven team. While I am a supply chain specialist, I enjoy to development of people within a team and to lead from the front. I am capable of building excellent relationships with customers both internal and external and form true partnerships with service providers. I am not financially exposed, however do not shy away from budgets or making good profit from all opportunities.

I have two years general administration experience and a year's training administration experience. I gained alot of other experience in skills development and recruitment as well.

My highlights in the past two years
My highlights last year in Whitezulu: Employed a little over 60 unemployed youth and worked with Department of Labour nationally, SETA's ,Ekurhuleni West College and lot of big freight and logistics companies My highlight this year: Coordinated a Christmas party for grannies and preschoolers in the squatter camps of Ennerdale as Busby's CSI project.

Gained experience
I have experience in HR, SETA, training and general administration. I have managed a mass learnership recruitment project for a big logistics company while I was being trained as a Junior SDF at Whitezulu. Liaising with the SETA, Department of Labor(Durban, Gauteng, and Cape Town), employer company and unemployed youth. Currently I facilitate till systems and two modules of Learnership program and assess the summatives.

I am fast learner
I am a hard-working young man who couldn’t complete his higher education in Electrical Studies due to financial exclusion. I then began working as a general worker through Adcorp Blu Outsourcing solutions (previously known as Capital Outsourcing group). Through the agent, I have gain exposure in different companies, Sunbake, City Couriers, MTN, Isando Foods, Bokomo, SAB Limited and The House of Busby. I have been working at the House of Busby for over 2 years now and I have grown from assisting with shipments, to check stock at despatch, then picking and checking and now I am responsible for store supplies.

Great team
Great company to work for, growth is emperative, I grew from sales assistant to Visual merchandiser, Assistant manager and now Store manager, I even won the Best manager of the year 2018 award for the whole House of Busby group
