Excellent learning curve

Working at Telesure is a great experience, Its like a university of insurance because you get all the tools needed to be competent. It's a great environment to work in and the employees are good team players. But some how theres a lot of favoritism and one doesn't get recognized for job well done.

Great work environment

Great company to work force get good commotion structure compared to most companies. Far paced environment with lots of incentives.. I would recommend anyone to work for this company as I am now in this role for five years and counting.

A typical day for me is :: I get to work, read and respond to my emails. Attend my meetings e.g requirements elicitation, go to daily SCRUM. Work on my designs.

It takes time to grow in the comoany Salary structure is not good at all Over time work is not paid accordingly row in the company But working environment is great Management is good Work tasks are fun

Great learning opportunity

Coming into work is always a joy. meeting up with people on the way and greeting them to hear how their weekend was or what they're looking forward to in the new week. Being on time is a must as being one minute late could result in a client lost. I love the working environment. As long as the work is done and the clients are assisted in a timeously and courteous manner, everyone is happy. I have learned various aspects of the business including insurance, customer care, how the projects are run individually and also have been able to interact with many external clients and found out how they tie in with the business.

Looking for other areas of growth

Working at Telesure has helped me gain insight on insurance, dealing with complex personalities has improved my interpersonal skills, this has further helped build my reputation within the business, where I have gone the extra mile - sat down with managers on knowing the business more and shadowing staff in other departments. I do feel that would need to gain further experience at another organisation to advocate and implement my vision - creating a platform where the political landscape is incorporated into their businesses goals.

Pros: Knowing more about the business which will shape your next move within the company
Cons: More operation-task jobs such as sales and claims are advertised more than jobs that encourage creativity and strategic thinking.
