I am thoughtful , hardworking, smart, clean , punctual ,fast thinking and egure to learn more
I work from Sunday till Sunday getting only one off day which has to be a Monday or Tuesday so it’s a weekday job and includes overtime on weekends. I maintain a healthy fruitful and healthy relationship with my co workers , we plan , strategies , work challenges I’ve had to face was working with someone that didn’t like me and always wanted me to be on the wrong side of my work but i overcame it by doing the rightful thing and talking to the rightful people even though I felt like giving up at some point I remember why I started .
Pros: Being the main delivery expert at 2 previous companies
Cons: Long working hours 12 hours per day and over times /nights I’m available

Excellent in working organisation
There nothing nicer than given an opportunity to expose your self in working organisation, because that i where u find your self that where are u acxatly do u love working or not. Another thing that is where u able to communicate with people and also learnt something new about that task.It is also challenging if u have to find another information about it,but all in all I was enjoying it.
Pros: To be allowed to grow and learn something new.
Cons: To be not taught if there is a change within the company and if it will affect you.

Best job experience
I was happy to work at this environment because I was challenged and I was working very hard everytime I have to multitask and think out of the box so that I do my level best for my manager to be happy , The job was very challenging but I adapted very well

A lot to learn
It's a great learning curve whereby you are dealing with people every minute of your hour, time management essential and accuracy needs to tlbe at tee. Need for speed and enthusiasm. The atmosphere is of outmost Importance and the relationship with Co workers has made us become family, priotizing our every day duty as the company interest comes first. I have learnt to work well under pressure, people management and the need for speed. I mostly enjoy to interact with people which is the most important aspect in the company to grow, because without a customer there is no us. An every day job of having to serve people with different personalities.

Good leaning skills
Long hours The relationship is good Leaned how to manage the restuarant, treat customers, sales and upselling I enjoy working with different people and the relationship between me and the customers. The only challenges that I faced is when we have to cash up the tills and to balance the cash up.. counting stock and working long hours.

My restaurant work expirence
Good day I have worked as a manager at Steers and Mochachos in Centurion mall, my core responsibilities were as follows, stock control, stock count, ordering of stock, staff management, cash management, HR, payroll, daily cash up, daily wrap up report, weekly and monthly report. In short I ran the business.

Interpersonal skills
I used to work 8-9 hours night or day shifts I had a very good relationship with my ex-co-workers and synergistic I have learned to work under pressure and to have sense agerncy I enjoyed doing my work, being productive around my co-workers and how to deal with customers patiently To deal with an arrogant customer when they have a complain.

Gaining general experience
At steers you learn responsibility for your actions. I mostly enjoy interacting with customers and admin duties. You work in shifts. There is no place for growth but you do gain alot of experience. You experience what hardwork really is. What customer service is and how to satisfy a difficult customer.

I have learned to be friendly and to be good communication skills to customer.
I work as a cashier and a waiter as well as cleaning the store.I have a good relationship with my co-workers.I have learnt to deliver an excellent service at all times and always smile even if I don't fell like.I enjoyed meeting different people everyday and the tips they gave me just to appreciate the service I gave them.The most challenging aspects of my job is that some customers came and want the refunds because they were not satisfied about the food I served them.I knocked out very late and at the end of a month does not pay very well.
