Maintaining the standard of my work it my first priority, keep my employer happy of the task he/she gave me, and handle all different problems meet on my way of work and detect cases.im always have good results in my cases that brings on my table.also willing to learn from the others.

I AM SURRENTLY AN IVESTIGATOR FOR SAPS
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CO WORKRES IS GOOD, WE SHARE INFORMATION AMONGST OURSELVES SO AS TO ALWAYS UPDATE EACH OTHER ON WHAT IS HAPPENING IN AND AROUND. I HAVE LEANT THAT INVESTIGATION IS BROAD AND IT NEVER REALLY ENDS, ITS INTERESING, I MEET DIFFERENT PEOPLE EVERYDAY AND I LEARN NEW THINGS EVERYDAY. WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST ABOUT BEING AN INVESTIGATOR IS WHEN I FINILISE THINGS ESPECIALLY IF ITS SOONER THAN EXPECTED AND POSITIVELY. THE CHALLENGING FACTOR IS WHEN I DONT GET SUPPORT FROM THE CLIENTS (COMPLAINANT) HOWEVER IT IS SOMETHING THAT I DEAL WITH AS I KNOW AND UNDERSTAND WHAT MY DUTIES ARE AND WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME.

Excellent in automotives
incident/ accident investigator occupational health and safety officer. I have university 3 years qualification in Safety management. I have mechanical engineering background with N3 qualification and experience with using and repairing mechanical devices and equipments. I am currently working in the South African Police Service doing Safety, Health, Environmental and Accident/ incident investigation. for over ten (10) years working in the organisation with extended range of specialities. I am also performing incidents/ accidents investigation and hazard analysis as major subjects on my line of duty. I am experienced driver with good driving skills and computer skills

capturing leave applications in saps 26 registering leave applications on the saps 26 administer absenteeism registers filling of saps documentations administer and register grivances capturing of grivances on the systems administer section 21 Report(Employment equity) registers. administer & monitor misconducts/ disciplinary procedures. administer training programmes of incumbents liason with the department head for training interventions. conducting meetings for the station. administers all the saps registers. administer personal files of employees. monitor labour turnovers applications of overtime. Ensuring the implimentation of the departmental procedures are abide by all employees. organising training needs for the employees. administer work studies of incumbents. .

Challenging and stressful
coming across and having to deal with all different kinds of people with different cultures and beliefs and ensuring that everyone abides by the law and taking necessary steps against the offenders and protecting the law abiding citizens and the most vulnerable groups and prioritizing,good relationship with colleagues.
Pros: not good opportunity for promotions despite all the hard work
Cons: 12 hour shift, strenuous but bearable

Excellent learning curve
Done a lot in my company and most importantly is that my station is small so I got to do a bit HR and Finance for a while also circulation and typing.
Pros: Less opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning curve
It's great place to start out because it's not challenging, it's great to learn make mistakes and learn from them, get learn about different characters and how to handle difference in characteristics and cultures, also to learn about managing a large number of employees. I enjoyed mostly the training sessions with my team because helps the management improve communication with both clients and junior members.

I am a good person and good communication skills and i am able to solve difficulties issues
i am a hard working person and i work monday to friday as my job discriptions lead me to do so and i walk extra miles to gain more experience in other field of my company and i have good relationship with co-workers all the time i am a quite person not like fight.i learn a lot in this company ,how to approach difficult client able to handle angry client and cool them down.i do enjoy to work with different people day by day because it gives me a challenge that i didnt face before and that mostly i like .the most challenge in this job is deal with client telephonically and all the time i have to focus and put myself like i am facing the client physically so that we can able to understand each other.
Pros: i am a hard worker and i am willing to be part of your team
Cons: i prefare to work any hours that company request me to work according to my job discription

It is a challenging experience i have managed to grow and gained good experience
Saps is a wonderful place to worj at full of challenges access to the world learning meeting diverse community also hving to deal with both dengerous and carying people . I have exeled in giving evidence in court sending criminals to rehabilitation . Ihave also sharwd my exprience with my juniors . I have learnt that respect is earned by humbling yourself.
Pros: by working hard and meeting your targets put you in good promotional stage

Excellent
I am an investigator for criminal cases we attend cases collect exhibits convey victims to hospital for examination attend bail proceedings as well as trial liase with senior public prosecutors familiar with all cas functions willing to work additional hours if needed to increase service delivery working hand in hand with other members i did course in anti corruption and commercial crime with unisa also forensics accounting auditing with unisa i also went for cyber crime course as well as computor forensics course i think im ready to face new challengies as i have been with saps for almost 15 years as an investigator.
Pros: Yes im standing in a good position to see myself progressing.
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as long as im going to win.
