I am a qualified Snr Turner Machinist Artisan with 12 years’ practical experience which Includes a 4-year apprentice training with Rheinmetall Denel Munitions, Somerset Site (A55 Workshop) started from year 2007.

Amazing learning curve
It’s a hectic place, where production is prioritized over everything. It’s a fast paced placed. The environment is healthy and amazing so are the people. I enjoyed working with the employees and the corporation. The most challenging thing is that sometimes you can’t really follow policy’s and procedures due to the urgency of the needs

Excited to learn new things everyday
I have a great working relationship with my co-workers.I learn everyday New things, I enjoy new challenges everyday. The most challenging aspects of my is to know that I am working with the SANDF making detonators for them and making oxygen candles for different mines which is very exciting for me I enjoy my work but want something new. I love New challenges.
Pros: Great working experiences,there's is always Job opportunities,excellent communications towards co-workers,they make us co workers enjoy our jobs,love taking chances,we have a lot of opportunities.
Cons: We don't have long working hours but if we can put in extra time to work we will do so and we enjoy it because it is overtime for us.

Good Interpersonal Relations Being part of a growing organisation and change Granted space to be creative in ensuring employee wellness As a generalist at Executive Level, its good to see the output delivered through team work throughout the four sites nationally. Being able to keep the organisational policies and practices standardised throughout the organisation and maintain consistency. Talent and ability to communicate with people of all levels and different institutions. Good working atmosphere and culture

Good in leaning
Ability to work under pressure understanding, and i understand shift always ready to work overtime. Doing my job without supervision always ready to work

Determined,organized and a hard worker willing to learn more
Manufacturing turning jobs on various cnc machines Am a team player I've learned how to work with different kinds of people I enjoy my work like meeting daily targets and sticking to the rules and applying safety The most challenging part is working under contract or Agent in the company

Great Opportunity with too much work at the same time. No reporting structure in my department. Working for planning department is like working for all departments in the organization at the same time.

Learning experience
TgerTheres always something to learn. Measuring and off setting tools to give a product of good quality. and reaching set targets for the day. My coworkers are always willing to help and I'm also always ready to lend a helping hand.
