I am handworker and like results, I have made wonders especially when I am under pressure i.e get things done fast I am very matured, family man with 2 children - currently not working permanent and for a very small company that keeps me going and I am complaining but I know I can do bigger things and make name for myself that is the reason why I want to challenge myself and trust Lord that He guides me to the right path but walk my own journey because I know where I want to go. I am a team player, likes to work around people because I believe people are great and if understood can do more with them. I respect time and want to be at work everyday of my life to make a difference in wherever I go. I respect leadership and respect everyone but for good reason which is to commit and do what we are asked to do. Thank you Moses

Excellent
A typical work day includes completing all my daily tasks required for an infant from breakfast to sleep time to supper. I have a very good relationship with those around me

Excellent opportunity to apply my extensive experience over a wide spectrum of businesses.
Depending on the customer requirement I would be busy creating the contracted deliverables be it management of a project, customer relationship management, business analysis, business restructuring, strategy formulation and implementation etc. I enjoy the diverse range of companies that I consult for and the most challenging aspect is to get people to think outside the box.
Pros: Expanding my experience base.
Cons: Long breaks between contracts.

Private Music lessons
I give piano lessons to young and old in my personal capacity. I love teaching because your students teach you just as much as you to them. I've learnt patience, determination and hard work pays off in the end. You can really make a change in someone's life through music and I love every part of the process.

Everyone is different
Hi I help my clients to understand that they need campaigns and visual representation in the trade, from there I help them find the right partners that can help design what they need. I also do P&L, CPS and the execution thereof. As a consultant, I work usually alone, but I usually end up in meetings with various people from the FMCG industry daily. I have learnt that even with the best of trade marketing campaigns they are usually successful half of the time as it is not followed through properly. I enjoy it the most when I can see small companies grow. The most challenging aspect is making sure that the people on the ground are following through with the campaign plans.
Pros: Learning from other FMCG companies in other fields.
Cons: Seasons can vary in consultation work.

Good Learning Curve but Culture Changes with Management Changes cause distability and uncertainty
We a Service Provider toMines and we on a day to day put Strategies, Contracts and Tenders in place to meet the needs of our Clients (End Users). We are a small team of 9 Females and 1 Male. We are of different races and a lot of diversity management arises from time to time.

I have worked as an all rounder in the retail industry
My typical day is to listen to complains and to make sure that my staff are happy with decisions and councelling. I update leave and work on my payroll with daily administrations. I am a people pleaser and love to have staff and management. I am kind and understanding and can think under stress and pressure and make rational decisions based on the info i have been provided with.
