Excellent experience

Great company, i have learned so much from them as they helped me with SAP traning. I enjoyed the great co-workers, the work ethnic aswell as the work hours. I did not feel as if i was on contract they treated me well as if i was a permanent colleage. This is the best company i have worked for

Has negative corporate culture

It’s got negative company culture and employees are not treated wellInyernal customer service is a nightmare . Their salaries good but it’s the Nervi row that’sis not conducive.

Knowledge

My day to day work kept me going and busy because I was committed and enjoy what I've been doing regardless of this my colleagues also made it easier for me since we had a good working relationship, but the challenging part is when you trying to fix something and it becomes worse.

Good learning.

A typical working day no challenges in the duties. Same thing everyday. Travel long hours. There is control on travel reimbursement, the system cut off some kilometres travelled.

Pros: Less carreer growth

Need growth. I have reched my ceiling at the current position

In my position as customer care supervisor at the NHBRC, I managed projects remedial of house construction. My responsibilities included: Client contact Bidding and estimation Subcontractor selection Scheduling Management of project Quality control Billing I am a diplomatic manager, which enables me to get along well with clients, subcontractors, and sub-ordinates.

Opportunity to learn

NHBRC is a good company to work for, there are opportunities to grow. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues, we work well as a team. Since I have joint the company,i have worked in five different positions. My current job title is home inspector, i like my job ,but I feel I have become stagnant ,I'm looking for growth. I have recently completed an advanced diploma in Project Management, my daily duties also includes managing RDP/low cost houses projects. The most challenging aspects of the job is working under extreme weather conditions .What I enjoy the most is that I learn all the time.
