Excellent leaning carve

its been a training college to work for musica, it brings all the elements that retail is all about. hard ,drive, strong will, resilience, go getter. meeting new people evry day from all works off life around the globe has been the most amassing for me. music every day in my head still resonate, the level off customer service u need to keep is something no one can take away from me. high end customers can make or brake yo day if u dnt knw yo game.

Excellent learning curve.

Musica is a great place to work at, with my background coming from fashion retail to working with CD/DVD & gaming was a big change, however with the training I received it became easy to adjust and I've come to enjoy it. My team is a great bunch of people, I challenge them and they do the same with me. Everyday I learn something new as different gadgets are always introduced.

Pros: Training provided.
Cons: Not much visits from AM

Learning curve

It has been a great learning curve however there is no room for growth and my fellow colleagues are not competent I get to do most of the work alone and making matters worse the hours are ridiculous

Pros: Great opportunity for communication skills
Cons: Long working hours and no opportunity for promotion

Goal Achiever hard woker

Company don't give recognition for they hard working stuff and Supervisors . I mean supervisors should earn momore than the normal Customer Advisor but no,these no such thing in the company supervisor earn the same salary as Customer Advisor.

Pros: Company it a good company these much room for employees to grow within the company .
Cons: 40 hours per week

Customer Assistant

Enjoy working with money and developing a warm relationship with the workers like working as a team, communicating with clients and getting to know what are their needs and what challenges me at work is when i have to open the stock from supplier and verify it.

FIRST JOB

Definitely an adjustment, but there is no growth available a typical work day includes long hours, unpaid, constant blaming, no credit. No support. Degrading and condescending managers. No motivatioon, no employee support.

Pros: GREAT VIBE
Cons: LONG UNPAID WORKING HOURS
